Damn, season finale was crazy.

Teddy stole Franklin’s money.
Teddy’s chick got killed or kidnapped.
Louie vs Franklin - Pullin straps on each other.
Oso getting caught and snatched up.
Leon's crew can't see the forest from the trees right now, but he gotta dip though.
Who did Franklin's lady call?
Javier killed by KGB cat.
Franklin jackin all Louie and Jerome's bread.
Franklin telling Kane it was Louie that hit him.
Momma Saint told Franklin basically, "We ride together. We die together. Saint fam for life." lol
Next season should be interesting especially with it being the final season.

nobody comes out of this one smelling good next season. those wall calendars read september 1986...they were very specific in showing that...oliver north iran/contra hearings coming....the beginning of the end. too late for a entire generation of black folks though. leon saw it coming in that last projects scene. things are spinning out of control

Good season. I even enjoyed the Tiger episode and appreciated its ridiculousness.

Louie been a social climber. Dont forget how she got the club in the first place. My only real issue with her is going to Teddy without informing Franklin.

Im cool with ending Peaches storyline there.. He clearly has AIDS from that needle and is somewhere living his best junkie life until the clock stops.


Few questions tho..

1)We sure Teddy bugged OSO or was it DEA on existing investigation?
2) So how did Kane know the drop and locations of entire crew? Should we just assume he had them all followed? If so im cool with that.
 
This season was ok, have to realize John Singleton died which showed his presence was missed. One thing John talked about was he put in every episode something shocking mind blowing for the audience.

This is how you got the gay rape scene. The Franklin killing shorty father scene. Even Franklin going to college was a shocking episode cause it was so out of place.

As far as the finale, this was the drug game at that time their is no loyalty. People mothers and whole family would get killed, if they couldn’t kill the drug dealer. Notice how in “Paid In Full” they killed the little boy and Alpo killed Mitch. With Calvin killing Aunt and robbing Ace. So when Rico actually got murder last year, people was happy and they never found the killer.

So when it came down to 73 million any and everybody is subjected to die. Remember drug dealer wasn’t allowed to just quit the drug game. This is why Teddy took the money it came with the job. This is why if you look at any drug dealer who made it out. They happy about being alive, they rarely upset about the millions of dollars they don’t have.


I even thought Kanin was going to murder Franklin girl at one point. But they may have some history together. Overall the drug game is vicious, and I can honestly say I survived that shit!

Louie vs Franklin........damn, didn't see that shit coming in season 1....but Louie always finds a way to climb that ladder.......

She got the crooked cop on payroll and all he wants is coke and a sniff of her box !!

Jerome and Cissy......eeek, tough spots to be in.

So Cissy knows "the cubans" are actually KGB ....cool.

Avi......damn dude, you should've known you were gonna die anyway. Once you tell someone you have no loyalties.......how can they respect / trust you?

Oso....damn mayne, Teddy snaked you.....Franklin warned you, but you didn't move fast enough.

I think Veronique called her "family"....those low down mfkrs with an exceptional set of criminal skills.....Franklin is gonna need all the help he can get cuz those 2 mercenary thots are not gonna be enough

He had every right to be emotional...but it did lead to him making mistakes he wouldn't normally make...I just hope Teddy gets what's coming to him...unfortunately if they are being realistic, he is probably the only one who won't end up dead or in prison

Teddy kept the DEA away from OSO for a while.
Could be coincidence but Teddy hasn't earned that right. He's diabolical and def knew OSO had cash and not bank shit.

1. I think it was Teddy who bugged Oso, and called the DEA on him. Teddy is trying to buy favors or get back in good with the CIA.

2. Kane knowing the drop and locations of the entire crew still bothers me. Originally, I was thinking they kidnapped Peaches and made him talk, but I don't feel that happened.
We're lead to assume it was Kane, but I can't help but feel it's someone else (how come we never heard about Avi's crew not going after Kane? After all, one of his crew died)?

Avi had no allegiance to anyone.....hence what happened.

I think that Cubano Russky would have respected him more if he had......and at least had to work for the information....that mfkr woke up and cleared his throat ready to sing
