Man WTF was Skully dropping into his ear?
I’ve never seen that before.
That dude is completely insane.

Gang Wars in full effect

Louie was right I would've chosen to get rid of Man-Boy as well
Now double the trouble
It can only last for so long. Him getting shot really fucked up that invincibility shield he had around him and it's showing

Before this he was the weed man then the dude who got coke then the dude who introduced rock.
He survived shootouts
He beat a murder charge
He was really untouchable for real the halo around him was unmatched and brought fear

now he's out and bout and shouldn't be
every time people see him in a cane they think its their time to take him out.

What I dont get is why the Ex-wrestler mexican dude introduced his friend in the wheelchair to the Tijuana police in the first place. Why did the police need to know who dude in the wheelchair was?

The chief in Tijuana is a drug lord as well and wants to know all of the people he's moving drugs with.
The chief in Tijuana is not one that doesn't understand his importance and is playing on that to the T
He asked for 100k they offered 10 then countered with 50k in a few days.
So he countered with I said 100k and that's that.

If Franklin's Le Tigre had the logo that would have made it official.

Took me pausing on the top for it to click where I saw that design. Had a couple of them back in the day.

What does one have to do with the other? I missed that part
Yeah me too. I must've missed that part of the storyline.
I think dude wanted that property but they wouldn't sell to him because they would lose it. He has pull with the cops. So they finessed the couple out of the property and sold it to him anyway, in exchange for his help with the cops.

What value do they see in that bookstore?
I believe the bookstore was the last holdout stopping dude from taking the whole block...the value is in the space
An entire square block , a new casino in Atlantic City was stopped forever cause three homeowners would not sell
There have been a few skyscrapers in Manhattan held up for 30 years cause the last property owner would not sell
One building around 53 st & 9th ave in Manhattan said F' it and built around the little two stories of the building that was left
Sometimes that last holdout can put a stop to some major stuff being built

Yup...thats why that cop got pulled.

That was some ho shit what Franklin did to those Bookstore owners.
Yea that was cut throat but… but … Franklin did set them up with a building cross town.. and like he said either way they ( the city) we’re gonna take the land from them anyway. At least Franklin gave them another building and a hefty payout- way more then what the city woulda gave them
