I remember in all of the documentaries I’ve seen and stories I read about the crack epidemic. Everybody said the same thing... they were shocked on how powerful the drug was. Yeah, we saw it coming when Wanda first started selling and using because we all know now. But back then nobody knew what the fuck they were getting into. I think Franklin saw it when he was at Wanda’s house and saw her peeps so out of it.
