Sleep Paralysis after watching porn

That right there is why feel it is more than paralysis. About a year ago I was getting that shit bad. And one night I dicided to be cocky and say shit mentally because I truly felt like someone was there. I heard a venIoice say die motherfucker right next to my ear. scared the shit out of me. I got up and called my pops at 2:00am in the morning. In the beginning when the shit would happen it felt like someone was in the room, and I just couldnt move. Now when it happens I feel the presence of something evil. come over me as if it wants to harm me. I hope you never experience what that is like. I though I be glad to know that it was not just happening to me. I hope this ends for all of us asap.

While I have never experienced anything like that before you're definitely not alone. Sleep paralysis happens to millions of people around the world frequently. Now the level of the episode varies but yours is definitely on the extreme. The feeling of a negative presence that wants to inflict harm upon you isn't all that uncommon either and I have heard others mention this.

My mother for instance has sleep paralysis more frequently but the only difference with hers is that she has scratches and other marks on her body when she wakes up in the morning after experiencing it.....

but being fearful only seems to make it worse. That is why I think a positive state of mind is important.

DAMN SMOKE... This used to happen to me a lot as a kid.... I would wake up with dozens of scratches on my body!!! around 5 or 6 years old...:yes: still happens from time to time...

Burn some sage and get a Agnihotra kit (sacred vedic fire).... you got to ward off that negative nrg. spilling seed reduces chi/jing. I imagine this will/could make your a "easier target" for dark deceased and various low density entities & beings seeking refuge. I have had sleep paralysis many times b4 so im just not MAKING UP random shit..:smh::eek: I was usually going thru some negative shit & physically depleted when i experienced it... .

http://www.agnihotra.org/:yes::dance:

get a sage smudgestick from wholefoods or any health food store.... light it and walk around your house the smoke is very ioinizing some say. I guarentee you will feel a difference, i do.... "smoke out" dark places and corners in your home.... we CAN fight back my brothers...

shit almost looks like weed...:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Well that is on some other ish that needs to be looked into further. Because she is the only person that I am aware of that experiences getting "attacked" while she sleeps. Now I'm unaware of an neurological disorder that can actually manifest physical lesions on the body while you're in REM sleep but if anyone has any links to provide I would definitely read it.

I have sent you that shadow beings vid before haven't I?

i live alone, and after reading this stuff i'm hesitant to go to bed now :smh:

Man don't even fret, it's much like a self fulfilling prophecy. If you actually fear coming events they usually happen. If you're scared or fearful negativity tends to gravitate towards you. The exact opposite usually occurs when you're positive.

if anything watch a funny movie or do something worthy of your attention to get your mind off of this topic.

i'm doing just that as we type...lookin' up all the funny posts on bgol (we got lots of them, lol). I don't usually draw negative vibes from people or events - a very good point u made and i'll keep that in mind.

So yeaa. i wake up and theres a whiteguy in a suit in my room. I stand up fast.. startled and he proceeds to tell me that 'soon' i would be visited by some 'beings'. As hes telling me this im speechless.. listening.. its only a few sentences. A short moment of silence.

A car slams through my door(and the side of the house). The hood is pokeing through the wall/my door and im shocked so i step over to take a look. Some kind of 'beings' come out of the car. 2 of them. In some kind of fuckin aluminum microwavable tracksuit. The could be described as similar to hollywood 'greys' in height and color but not exactly in the facial features.

I think to myself as i look at thise white dude standing there calm as fuck.."you said soon... like now soon?" One of these beings points something at me and i become partially paralized, falling into the couch behind me. It feels like.. im in some kind of extremely dense liquid. I could move but only if i use all my strength and even then i could only barely move. The 2 'beings' seem to be communicating but theres no sound.. the device they used made no sound as well. The white guy just stands there and watches.

I think to myself... "fuck.. aint no way i could do shit.. i may as well try to live through this" so i decide to try to give them a signal.. saying ill co-operate i was completely unable to talk so i slowly(with all my might) lifted my hand and tryed to do an "OK" sign. White guy pulls an aeresol can of something from his pocket. Its some kind of foam... he sprays it on my face and i panic(sealed my nose and mouth).

I wake up. I remember this more vividly than any dream, and even most real life experiences ive ever had. I also discover a star shaped mark on my bicep. 6 pointed.

I don't know how to respond to this

What you have to ask yourself is if this really was a dream ;)

One of the weirdest dreams I have ever had was when a white van was right in front of me, as I opened the doors to the back of the van my entire dream immediately stopped and went blank to complete whiteness. As soon as this happened I started having sleep paralysis. Till this day I always interpreted the dream as me starting to access information or encountering a block I wasn't suppose to breach and the sleep paralysis episode was merly a defense mechanism.

real talk here..anybody ever dream of falling? I do it all too often and it scares the shit outta me..the other day i woke up sweating (from thinking i was falling off an intersection overpass in my dream)

I have read before that if you have dreams like this than your body is telling you to wake up because something is wrong with you physically (breathing for example). I'm unable to provide any links to support what I said but I read it awhile back in a book that also escapes my memory:(

this link says those types of dreams interpret something else entirely.

i believe there is some truth in that, because when i experience it, I find myself literally fighting (trying to jar) myself awake..most of the time i succeed.. it's very frightening though.

I read about this before. They say that your body paralysis its self to prevent youfrom acting ut your dreams (its a safety thing)

Does anyone else ever have experinces this shit late at night. Tell the truth!

I had this happen a couple of times when I was a kid. In each case it followed my having forced myself awake during a nightmare. If you weren't paralyzed while dreaming, you'd be punching walls and running around like a freshly decapitated chicken. In less than a minute, although it seemed longer at the time, I was able to move. Additionally, those instances of paralysis were accompanied by hypnopompic hallucinations. While I was, for the most part, awake, I was still in the periphery of the dream state.

If this has ever happened to you, and you thought that someone was in the room etc., that's what it was, a hypnopompic hallucination. The opposite of the very common hypnagogic hallucinations that almost everyone has whilst dozing off.

I'm sure that some of you irrational fairytale-believing nitwits will have a range of embarrassingly childish supernatural explanations for this mundane occurrence. Niggas, :smh:

I had that type of dream only once. I think it is only speculation but I'm not trying to freak you out, but do you think that you can possibly die if you do in fact hit the ground in that type of dream? Much like how you can die in a simulated reality like The Matrix for example. Because your brain can interpret it as reality and if I recall I physically felt terrible after the dream.

that is exactly what i'm afraid of..i read that link u posted..and based on their explanation, maybe i have some issue(s) somewhere that i need to deal with..most of the time people dream what is on their conscious minds..it's just that dreams manifest themselves in bizarre ways.

you mean unconscious mind. But I can definitely see the parallels being spoken of in the link with dreams. The unconscious mind contains many aspects of ourselves that we're unaware of.

yep. that's how i learned about this. it's your body's natural paralysis that keeps you from acting out your dreams.

still bothers me though, b/c i swear i've heard noises in the pad that i needed to get up and check out but couldn't move to do it. it's like being a sitting duck!

that is the biggest misinterpretation of my screen name.

it's not smoke da cane

it's smoked a cane

It was meant to be anti Miami Hurricane because I'm an FSU fan. My screen name is essentially sports related. In no way shape or form is my screen name meant to be drug related.

Thats crazy. The only 'sleep paralysis' ive gotten is self imposed. I can feel when im about to have a bad dream so ive learned how to wake myself in advance. I have to basicly lay down/sit down in the dream and close my eyes and fall asleep/meditate. It feels like whatever bad in the dream is rushing towards me as fast as possible but i get out of the dream before it catches up. The feeling is mirrored in real life by faster heart rate(the feeling of something rushing toward me). This method of getting out of a dream sometimes causes me to be stuck in the middle.. awake but unable to "get up"...

Shit you know i left out an important detail in my dream. I tryed to wake up when i paniced(due to suffocating from whatever was sprayed on me).. i woke up like 5+ times with the dream reset. This has happened to me before but usually i only 'reset' the dream once or twice and then i can get out. I spent a long time trying to get out of that one. Every time i woke up something was wrong. The lights wouldnt turn on.. thats a tell tale sign im still stuck in a bad dream. Other things signs i cant remember. All i know is when i finally got out i was edgy for the whole day.

never happened to me but that shit seems cool , i wonder what that shit feels like
Its not cool smart guy. When it happened to my sister, she saw something in the room with her. When it happens to me I just hear noises. 1st time was when I was in high school and the scariest also. Now its just like FUCK!!! fight fight fight fight FREE!!! A real nuisance........

Don't try to fight it, just go back to sleep.

You have your dreams down to an exact science. I just let my go with the flow. Like I have told you already my only problem is that I'm having a problem figuring out is what I'm experiencing in my dreams is actually a dream or not.
