Ok so here is a couple of extra notes from me:

If you plan on doing the re-install trick with McAfee software after the year is up make sure you make a BACKUP of this folder (or you'll need to re-download it) as the program automatically deletes the install files as a way of protection to stop this from happening.

If you need any help with this software it is completely legit so you can of course register and ask for help from McAfee themselves, just tell them you got it with your new computer.

It is a one user only edition, however it does not stop you from signing up on other computers with the same account I don't think, or just create a new account!

Any help dont hesitate to post it here, I'll help out as much I can, security software can be a right pain! If the link goes down PM me and I'll re-upload it for you!

Just thought I'd add a quick bit to say make sure when the installer asks you whether you want to download the latest version during the install, I recommend you do it, as this makes sure you have the latest build from the beginning and saves you a lot of time and restarts during the initial couple of days of the software being installed.
