I've spent a lot of time in Baltimore city pools growing up and have seen plenty of people get hurt from throwing/dunking people in he pool and just general horseplay. I'm not a fan of it and as a adult I do things when I'm good and ready to and would retaliate to someone forcibly moving me againt my will.
As far as them all being friends and familiar.
The chick even told the dude that she didn't know him and didn't want anyone touching her.

I'm not a lawyer but I would have to assume that she could file an assault charge on those pussies. Unless she initiated a fight, no one there should've put their hands on her.
