So if he sells 100+ millions of dollars worth of merch each yr for the next 10-20 yrs is that not legendary? If he opened up a fast food chain and it makes 100 millions of dollars a yr is that not legendary? If he comes out with multiple rap albulms and they all go platinum is that legendary? Who said you have to be one dimensional and can’t be versatile with your success and portfolio.. he was a star in college and millions “legendary”, he made it to the nfl “legendary” , his clothing line about to make millions “legendary”.. how many people you personally know that did those things? Not legendary.. what percentage of the population did those things..not legendary.. he got a multiple page thread about him getting picked in a later rounds how many other draft pics this yr got their own thread? Legendary.. who’s the most talked about pic this draft even though he wasn’t number 1? Legendary.. he already accomplished a lot..Deion already did his job.. got both his sons in college and the nfl..legendary..also made them millionaire legendary.. so nobody who? How many threads we dedicated to you this past week? Not legendary..whose the nobody now lol

Tim Tebow you ever heard of him? Being a backup for 20 years is not a bust compared to be out the nfl in 4 yrs or less… he didn’t win the heisman trophy, he wasn’t the number 1 pick and he isn’t considered the best player in college.. dude wasn’t even a heisman award finalist..not once.. biggest bust is the best player in college and completely fails.. nobody thought sheuder was the best player going to the nfl.. you heard everybody talk about ward first over him.. remember he got picked in the 5th round how can he be a bust

Tim Tebow's college career at Florida was highly successful, highlighted by two BCS National Championships (2006, 2008) and a Heisman Trophy win in 2007. He finished his career with 9,285 passing yards, 88 touchdown passes, 2,947 rushing yards, and 57 rushing touchdowns.
oh and who was tebow's daddy???

stop dude your losing this shit but hey I'm off today so I dont mind the back and forth....just make it interesting:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

i don't know man..

damn near every nigga on the planet crying about how this dude should have been a first round pick..

the biggest story of the 2025 draft...got folks that don't even watch football saying he was shafted..

if he don't pan out folks gone say he was a bust

just like if he do pan out folks gone say i told you so.....can't have it both ways

first of all, anything smith says is 90% bullshit just so he can stay in the big house wit massa

second ain't nobody blackball sanders. his interviews were terrible. kid is already driving a Bentley - privileged asf. plus his game is not as pro-ready as some seem to think

he was probably a 3rd rounder but all the other shit made him fall.

every one of these team owners is a billionaire and most of them are racists. they don't want the image of sanders representing their product.

it's that simple

oh and fuck simple ass smith

He only played 3 yrs in the nfl.. do you know what a bust is? He had mad hype going to the NFL and was out the bitch in 3 yrs..that’s a bust… sheuder didn’t have 2 heismans and considered to be the best player in college or ever.. so Tebow hype and expectations were bigger and higher he was out the door in 3 yrs.. if shedeur spend many yrs as a backup he would have a longer career than a 2 time heisman award winner

Would he be the biggest bust ever? The answer is no.. the person I was talking to said he would be the biggest bust ever..how if he wasn’t consider 1 of the best college players ever..there are tons of dudes who had better college careers who completely shit the bed when they went to the nfl.. Tim Tebow anybody

I want you to read what you typed. Sometimes we have a conclusion and then try to meld facts rather than the other way around.

1. In what world does a well known, predetermined, spread offense like Oklahoma or Oregon = reading defenses? I can’t speak for UCF but those two colleges are not known for producing NFL-ready qbs with pro-ready games. A ton of QBs looked great in that same style offense because they had great athletes that win 1 on 1. It was the knock on Jaxson Dart and Quinn Ewers…folks were wondering if scheme was greater than talent. Was Gabriel throwing to wide open receivers (based on scheme and their talent) or throwing receivers open? Now, watch tape of Shedeur. Throwing to a 5”8 receiver and a great athlete.

2. Those multiple systems were not NFL-style systems.

3. Gabriel may have a quicker release and quicker footwork, but definitely not better footwork. Vick had quicker footwork than Brady. I’m concerned with how quickly and EFFECTIVELY can you get outta the break. We will see but let’s no go too far here mayne.

4. Shadeur took an ass whooping like he was online for the past two years. You can argue he held on the ball for too long (in total agreement) but tougher? C’man man. Stop it. It’s hard to knock him for holding onto the ball and taking unecessary sacks and then say someone is tougher. Ninja broke his back last year and we found out in the offseason.

5. Can’t knock the competition angle. Agree with you there.

I like Gabriel and was rooting for the West Coast squad but I think we are gonna have to just check in during the season (as long as it is a fair comp). We will see, but you are laying it on so thick one would think he Gabriel was a 1st round talent.

I'm not saying Gabriel is going to be a starting QB in the NFL. I'm saying that he will beat out Shedeur which is a much lower bar. One of the most important attributes of a successful NFL QB is their processing and time to throw. Dillon Gabriel averaged 2.3s time to throw through his first month at Oklahoma. This was 5th quickest in FBS. This was with a 89% Completion rate. Shedeur was at 3.05s which is the bottom 25% among power 5 passers. Shedeur was the most sacked QB in college football even though he had one of the best, if not the best WR corps in college football. Shedeur also mainly threw out of shotgun and bobbled multiple snaps the few times he was under center at Colorado. They blamed 3 different centers for the bobbled snaps too. Shedeur will have to learn how to throw from under center and have to correct his habit of "patting the ball" prior to throwing.

Gabriel played in 3 different schemes (Heupel RPO-blend at UCF, Lebby’s tempo spread at OU, Stein’s hybrid at Oregon) which gives him a wider menu of terminology. Sanders has lived in Sean Lewis/Pat Shurmur concepts—more pro-style than given credit for—but they were installed around him, not vice-versa.

Colorado reported he had a "broken back" but we haven't heard anything about it since. I think they put alot on that injury.

Again, this will be the FIRST time Shedeur has had to compete for a spot on a team his dad wasn't a coach on. He is competing against a QB that won 3 spots on 3 different good D1 teams. I believe this will be a bigger advantage than you are acknowledging.

@20:00

I actually like these guys but this was the whitest cac take on a very cruel "prank"

as always if a BLACK young man had done the SAME exact thing?

They would have tried to file CRIMINAL charges

These 2 REALLY trying to act like it was "fun"? Is why real journalism is dead. Because these so called white liberals are sometimes worse than these MAGA types because they truly believe they are allies

They aint.

So the same people that are telling you that he should go first round are practically the same people that are blackballing him.

Merch and television numbers initially went up not because of him or Travis. They went up because of the coach! Again, like I said earlier playing for his dad did not help him. You see Deion more than his son. The only times he was brought up was when they were trying to paint narratives about him. If he was this great player, why would he need to play for his dad? If I'm great I can be great anywhere and I REALLY don't want my greatness to be tarnished by the stain of nepotism. I do not want to make it seem like homie is a bum, he is FAR from that. But first round after playing for my father, in a average division, on a average team, telling everybody how great I am? That's laughable.

College is a world different than professional. Just like some divisions are a worlds different than others. Being on an average team in a average division again DOES NOT HELP HIM!!! If he had those same stats in a Big 10 or the SEC, then you have an argument for first round.
They're making excuses and sympathetic for a millionaire that turned down interviews and believes he's as good as his Father

So did they collude against the Ohio State QB drafted in the 6th round whose numbers were just as good as Shedeur's? Owners can draft who they want and the opposite is true as well. Maybe not coming off as an entitled prick would've helped his draft status. Then it was reported he didn't know some basic qb stuff in the interview. It's not like this dude was a Cam Newton talent. When the conversation about your attitude and personality become bigger than your game, this is what happens. The NFL excuses all kind of bullshit when your ability is elite enough. Your moniker is well earned.
Bomani and Tony Dungy broke it down beautifully

I'm only speaking on what they said about him, brown fans said they could've took him in the first round but the CACs decided to teach him a so-called lesson because of what he said that hurt their fragile feelings.

Also, he's better than some of the QBs who got drafted before him.

I didn't watch a lot of Colorado games, but when he did come on, I would watch them play when the eagles don't play, because at the time I was too busy watching my eagles and I'm not a huge college football fan .

That's basically what's this thread is about of him being blackballed and reports are coming out to prove it.
What you think about what Tony Dungy said?

What you think about what Tony Dungy said?

Tony Dummy sound like Uncle ruckus because why should he have to make CACs comfortable because if a white player acted the same way, nobody nor tony would be saying this dumb shit. People hate a black player that has a chip on his shoulder and believe in themselves to have the talent to play on the biggest stage. I believe they drafted him as low as they did because of their fragile feelings being hurt to try to humble him but if shedeur balls out then every last one of those CACs owners are gonna regret that shit that passed on him.
