I think there is a lot of truth to this. Think about any man you know who has multiple baby mamas. Has this guy ever accomplished anything else with his life? Probably not, because he spent all of his creative energy chasing pussy.

^ now i could understand more what Va posted because that could relate to anything that you spend time on. The same thing could be said for playing video games. Anytime you divert time and energy towards something more productive you will see positive results.
True. However, the urge for sexual desire is much more stronger than the urge to play video games, so the channeling of sexual energy has much more of an effect than video game urges. But yeah I agree though, there are many other energetic transmutations such a quitting a drug or smoking habit for instance.

I've asked myself this question too so this is just my own personal understanding I'm relaying. It seems the purpose of sex transmutation is the take the sexual energy from your dick and channel that energy throughout your entire body. So by watching porn it would seem that the sexual energy would remain stuck in your dick which makes it harder to channel throughout your body over time. I understand some of the reasoning behind sexual abstinence ( not releasing ur life force /) but my question is this :- If it's so true, why don't catholic priests and all these so called holy men have incredible IQ or spiritual glow ?
