I have tools , which provision and deprovision servers at a click . I have spun up racks of machines remotely in my office , and have had all machines come online and provisioned with out even me leaving my desk .

sounds like you need to network more...and be around people with like minds..

remember you are only going to be as successful as the people you spend most of your time with.

the few people I know that flip houses and make decent to good money, are all very handy..

they could install flooring/boilers/kitchen cabinets...

I think if you get into the business you gonna have to know a little something about home repair or at least a really good contractor that wont try to stiff you...

and its all just trial and error and like a poster said find your niche...

you may have the patience to put up with section eight housing... you could make nice money but I hear having the wrong families move in could be a nightmare...

A billion dollar company has money set aside in reserves for legal issues.
