- Does not believe female leadership can play an important role in solving the problems in The Black Community.

They were SOOOOO terrified that it took them 90 days to muster the courage to arrest someone who "aimed (?)" a rifle at them? FOH.
Based on those photos, I'd say that he was pointing out the position that the LEOs had taken...he was hardly aiming at all.

Nobody with any experience with rifles would look at this and think that GMJ was about to snipe a damn thing.
