Droid4 is already being tested it will be epic with the ics... looks like i'll be buying it outright next yr...lte with the 2nd gen chipset and world phone... google just revamped their entire ui...this thing looks more simple than an iphone...swipe to remove...zero lag camera and that video was amazing...ics is a winner
 
What the fuck was the point of this event if they weren't gonna release in less than three weeks? Really, a release date should've been announced the day of the event.

I swear Google be sabotaging themselves with this shitty ass marketing strategy.

Yeah, I'm waiting on this phone too and i hope At&t gets it by thanksgiving too. Verizon gets it on the 17th.
 
Man I keep checking the verizon website hoping that they will announce this phone but these fags are stuck on this stupid ass razor. I need a new phone but im waiting patiently.

Are they going to price lower than 0.79c?

Apple is average .99c. Amazon .79c. And Amazon mp3 albums are generally cheaper than Apple.

So if they really want to compete, they need to come in under those two.

We'll see.

im assuming they's either fall flat on their face with this or end up in 3rd of 4th place over the long run. guess it just makes sense with the growth of android and since they already have google music.... which i havent even thought about since i uploaded my mp3s to it months ago. they are launching too many forgettable products.

You ain't the only one. I uploaded close to 20,000 songs, and have only used it like twice. :smh:

Google Music might be ok, and I doubt it will fail.

They are the main phone OS, and you can download straight to your phone. It would be more convenient than Amazon. You do a search or use soundhorn and it gives you the opportunity to buy it from google music.

They're probably going to have to get rid of those MP3 sniffer apps.
 
I guess that Google music shit doesn't amuse me since I havent bought a CD in decades nor have I EVER browsed iTunes for music. I download EVERYTHING and just transfer it to my iPod manually. I just want them to announce a release date, thats it. I dont care if its a 3 hour event, just take 2 mins. to say a release date and I'm good. Hahahaha.
 
Opens up to everyone s of today, and still free. Load up to 20,000 songs to the cloud.
 
Nothing special. Just like iTunes. Only way this is worth it is if their songs/mp3 albums are cheaper :smh:

Ya'll tripping on Google Music hard...My Music catalog goes with me anywhere on ANY device I use...

My macbook pro
My Mytouch 4G
My LG Evolution
My Galaxy 10.1

and soon my google TV.

All while being safely stored in the cloud where I dont have to worry about hard drives going bad, losing the device etc. Plus whatever I download on any device automatically is available to ALL devices. FOR FREE!!!
I haven't touched my Ipod since the Beta.

Exactly. I'm still amazed they even held that event w/o anouncing a release date within days :smh::angry:


I don't really care about google music....I don't buy music.
 
I tried it out. The software and screen are only reason to buy this phone. Android 4.0 and that 720p screen are amazing. The phone itself is just another typical light, plasticy cheap feeling Samsung phone. I really hope that Motorola or HTC make the Nexus next year.
