Yeah Idk what to think about that, i take that back I do know. You leave yo nigga out there solo and while you take off running, the killer get away unscathed. Rimpau was on the back of his ankles getting up out the way. Nigga ain’t do his job. Every situation isn’t gonna be to your favor or advantage, but you just can leave your folks like that. Not with what you represented alongside Nip. But I understand, run, hide, fight, those are the choices.
So he should have stayed and jumped the nigga?
Fight a nigga wit a pistol?

I'm not saying he shouldn't have run, just saying I understand being caught off guard. It ain't like Nip & Rimpau was in a car together getting shot at & jumped out & ran.

I seen J.Stone got a song with Rimpau on one of his last projects (there's a few, Stone been working!) So they at least aight enough to be working together, which is cool.

Bro, the best way I can explain what I’m trying to say is some things you just can’t put into words but you just understand because of the bond you have with certain people.

But hey J Stone and Rimpau making music together is great for them hopefully their doing it with the right focus behind it. But looking at them kinda feels like the Outlawz after 2pac died, you want them to be bigger but they ain’t.

Not the same.

Pacman the Gunman, J.Stone, and Cobby have had several releases in last couple years. Stone got at least 3 albums, Pacman at leat 6 projects total, Cobby 2 albums I know of.

Didn’t say they was the same but that’s how I feel about them.

And they can have out all the projects they want but none of them hitting on the same level or better than Nipsey for me.

Funny thing about that is tho I never thought highly of Nips early music until his later projects.

LOS ANGELES — Jurors found a 32-year-old man guilty of first-degree murder Wednesday for the 2019 fatal shooting of rapper Nipsey Hussle.

The Los Angeles County jury also found Eric R. Holder Jr. guilty of two counts of attempted voluntary manslaughter instead of two attempted murder counts as prosecutors had sought for two other men who were hit by gunfire at the scene.

Holder, wearing a blue suit and face mask, stood up in the small court room next to his lawyer as the verdict was read. He had no visible reaction.

Jurors deliberated for about six hours over two days before reaching the verdict.

The verdict brings an end to a legal saga that has lasted more than three years and a trial that was often delayed because of the pandemic.

Holder and Hussle had known each other for years — they grew up members of the same South Los Angeles street gang — when a chance meeting outside the rapper's Los Angeles clothing store led to the shooting, and his death.

The evidence against Holder was overwhelming, from eyewitnesses to surveillance cameras from local businesses that captured his arrival, the shooting and his departure.

His attorney did not even deny that he was the shooter but urged jurors to find him guilty of the lesser charge of voluntary manslaughter.

The shooting followed a conversation the two men had about rumors that Holder had been acting as an informant for authorities. Holder's lawyer Aaron Jansen said that being publicly accused of being a "snitch" by a person as prominent as Hussle brought on a "heat of passion" in Holder that made him not guilty of first-degree murder.

"This is a provocation that stirs up rage and powerful emotion," Jansen told jurors Thursday.

Deputy District Attorney John McKinney argued during the trial that Holder and everyone else in the conversation that preceded Hussle's death were so calm that the "snitching" conversation could not have been the primary motive, and that Holder must have had some previous envy or hatred for Hussle.

McKinney told jurors that the nine minutes between the conversation and the shooting allowed more than enough time for the killing to be premeditated, a requirement for first-degree murder.

The jury apparently agreed.

Hussle, whose legal name is Ermias Asghedom, died at age 33. He had just released his major-label debut album, which earned him his first Grammy nomination, when he was gunned down.

He was a widely beloved figure in Los Angeles, especially in the South LA area where he grew up and remained after gaining fame, buying property and opening businesses.

"He wanted to change the neighborhood," McKinney said in his closing argument. "He kept the same friends. And the neighborhood loved him. They called him Neighborhood Nip."

Hussle was mourned at a memorial at the arena then known as Staples Center, and celebrated in a performance at the Grammy Awards that included D.J. Khaled and John Legend.

Eric Holder killed Nip but it's deeper than just him there was some hate from the 60's gang members that allowed this to happen, the OG's and OGing, the youngsters have no boundries,it's a lawless existance that's going to kill itself.

The feds, the local LAPD,his gang was against him so it was only a matter of time.I believe it took his death for his own people to see that he really was for his people but it took for others in LA to be upset and the rest of the world for them to see that.

Fuck that gang shit....get ya money and run far away from the hood.

It was the sixties bruh. If you know anything about how they get down then you’d know the kind of treachery they do to their own is common. Thats why they say very few can actually handle being from sixties. Ive heard mo stories of niggas getting put off that set than a little bit. It so many of them to contend with on top of dealing with rival gangs.

The streets is a myth. Maybe a few career gangsters live by a code as a personal choice but being in the streets isnt something your supposed to aspire to. There is no guidance or street code from
OG’s that anyone lives by, no standards rules or regulations, its a free for all anybody can get it. OG’s want to be king of the hill and reap more rewards and reputation. They want to kill you and take your place, and if they cant take your place at least they can kill you or make sure you dont enjoy life anymore.

Nip still lived in that hood. That is wild to me.

Crips killed the founder of the Crips....A crip on crip murder started the biggest gang war in LA. Set alliances have broken apart due to crip on crip murders. Crips have killed those who were down and loved by the set. No one who is affiliated with the Crips hardly makes it out unless they leave and denounce that lifestyle. Its literally suicide. The day Nip got killed he was literally getting extorted by one of the other crips who got shot out there.

Idk its speculative on who killed him but I wouldnt be surprised if it was Crips but it definitely was someone he knew. A lot of people didnt like Washington because he was putting so many neighborhoods under Crip. Some didnt like alliances with neighborhoods they considered rivals. Plenty can make it out of being a Crip but few make it out being from Sixties. A lot of people blame Crips for giving us Bloods and starting that rivalry.

Idk who your referring to that was extorting Nipsey but if your talking about U that was long settled before Nip got shot.

It was a Crip who killed Washington and the low key rumor is it was a Hoover. For him to walk up to a car meant he knew them. I wasn't talking about U extorting him. I'm talking about Cousin Kerry who was on the scene with him. He also got shot on the scene and he is a top dog Rollin 60. On the inside he had some pull so he was also there to get "help" from Nip. Cousin Kerry is well known and someone of means would help him. Kerry got arrested after that shooting because he was on parole and was near Nip who is a known gang member. A gofundme was started to hire an attorney to represent him and pay medical bills. The gofundme was started by a non profit who is run by non other.....
