No problem Brother, I've always been one that loves to get information and analyze it and share. I believe, maybe too much so sometimes, in individuals ability to break down, analyze, and judge for themselves, on as many issues as possible that effects brothers and sisters specifically. And I explore these topics if they go against what everyone else is saying because I understand brainwashing and how is it is nowawdays with all of the money floating around to manipulated good hearted people who want to have our best interest at heart, but hey I share the info and we can discuss and they each individual can make up there own mind (some don't seem to be at that level yet, they like to be told what to think and believe).

So I just want to keep sharing the info until I feel it's no useful and at that point I will discontinue to so. But I appreciate your appreciation and if it wasn't for that I wouldn't even waste my time sharing the information up here. So if in any way I can help or post something you want to hear, be it a topic or a certain scholar, and if I have it, you know I'm more than willing to share.

It's good to see you up here Brother, let me know if you want to hear something im particular, I know you said you had a seed. I have a great one by Dr. Amos Wilson on the Psychological Development of the Black Child.

I would thoroughly recommend his book: "Awakening the Natural Genius in the Black Child". It's about a small 200 page book but it is awesome and it's practical. It informs you on things you can do as a parent to maximize the potential in your child. Brother, Dr. Amos Wilson was rather brilliant and I enjoy all of his work.

Peace Brotha G Money! I thank you so very much for your warm words and sincere efforts...much props and respect to you sir! I'm looking for any material that destroys and crushes the ideaology of white supremacy.

I must admit that I myself get *hamstringed* at times during online debates when the devil starts focusing on present situations in Africa, and how we as a people are an "inferior and failed race of subhumans" due to Africa's so-called lack of contributions to society. They [the white supremacists] advance the notion that given our collective lower IQ scores (a la Bell Curve and other scientific racist arguements), higher crime rates, and general lack of "progress" as further proof that we're a failed race and should be sent back to Africa for the greater good of America and other industrialized societies.

Bruh, give me up to a day or two, I'm going to have some material and we'll title it: "For the Inferiority Debate", by Dr. Amos Wilson, like I mentioned earlier about the Psychological Development of the Black Child. If we are so much inferiority why do "their" studies prove our cognitive skills are far advanced whites as infants, we generally walk, talk, crawl, and have cognitive connectivity before white babies at the same age. So the problem may not be with us as individuals, it may be the "system" (school systems (no true information about ourselves and etc)), also I'm going to upload a piece by a brother that talks about something similar with black boys, then I'll upload some things that talks about our enlightenment in the past, to show if we were so inferior why did we give all of these things to the world, science, math, medicine, etc.

Also I can drop some titles of books and maybe some websites if you need that too. I have plethora of books here that will definitely take care of some of those arguments. But don't get me wrong we have issues as a people and it would be the easy way out just to blame it on external forces but we also have to take responsibility for a lot of the foolish we do. I think he was either from Stanford or UC Berkley but she dropped some of that information on him on Tony Brown's Journal and you didn't hear too much from him after that because she destroyed and embarrassed him in that interview and the "white supremacists", in the traditional sense of the term, had to be upset. I have that on audio tape but I don't have my converter working so I don't know if I will be able to convert that to mp3 right now. But I'll see what I can do.

At the end of the day, like I always say, I want to the truth, no matter how harsh or how much it glorifies black people. I seek truth! But like the saying goes , documentation beats confrontation every time-lol.

That being said, I was wondering if the, Eyes on the Prize documentary would be a welcome addition to the thread. the only reason i am asking ahead of time is because each episode is like 500megs. I also have some angela davis and mumia abu-jamal audiobooks.

I believe the files are .avi or .mpeg, i know that they are compatible with ms mediaplayer. i am upping episodes 1 and 2 at the moment. there are 14 episodes total in the series. thanks for input gmoney.
 
Has anyone being having problems uploading files on Rapidshare and Yousendit? I have been trying to upload things all day and when they get half way done my browers states, "Can not find server".

I don't know what's going on but just wondering has anyone ran into this.

My attempts to upload have timed out more times than i care to remember. I'll have the 1st episode of the Eyes on the Prize Doc. soon. I hope.

Very interesting and well thought-out presentation!! I'm in agreement that our history and development is unique, and that this should be taken into consideration when teaching our Black children. I like the point he made about how our biological makeup is different than that of Europeans, and that specific treatment modalities [medical] should be taken into account and tailored to fit our needs. Medical science bears witness to this fact, too. I was also blown away when he spoke about our Black children being genetically advanced! Many other good points were made as well...

I definitely enjoyed this portion of the lecture and am looking forward to hearing the rest of it. I can relate to your having problems with those file-sharing sites. early this Summer I wasn't able to upload anything and thought that my ISP was limiting me, but when I reinstalled Windows and my DSL program my connection issues were resolved. Apparently, some critical files were either missing or damaged.

I'm going to try the suggestions you made and we'll see what happens but we are going to get this up some how-lol. Also if you ever needed reading material Dr. Amos Wilson has some great books including the 900 page "Blueprint for Black Power".

Bro..hams, if ya don't have the hard drive space for some of this stuff you can always backup your data to a CD or a DVD after you download it. I make a backup of everything I download every 4.32GB of videos, music or whatever I put it on DVD and try not to keep much on the internal harddrive but the CD or DVD backup always comes in handy. :yes:
