That is very true. I did not like how Surge Knight did Harry O. Surge influenced 2Pac out of his life. But also that has a lot to do with who has the money and resources. Not so sure about that. Orlando was in those streets much longer than pac was and had family deep in the streets too. Why knock someone right off and there is a lot heat around this high profile case. I'm sure the police was keeping tabs on him too.

Suge Knight violated his parole on the night Tupac assaulted Orlando Anderson. As a result, he was facing a lot of jail time.
Despite knowing damn well Orlando was the killer of Pac, he decided to put Anderson on the payroll to commit perjury on the stand by saying Suge was the only guy trying to protect him from the assault.
I don't have to post a link. Just use Google. There are tons of news articles where the presiding judge even said Anderson was clearly lying on Suge's behalf to save his own ass from a lengthy jail sentence.
Last but definitely not least, by Suge being from Compton, he couldn't blame Anderson for doing what he did. He's a south side Compton crip! How would it look for his rep if he went back to the streets without retaliation?
