Man, you mofo don't read shit at all. At the beginning of this dude's talk, he tells up about a Papal Bull that was issued in 1432 to wipe out all the indigenous people in this area. Hell, Europeans didn't get here until 1492. The word Negro is a spanish word for black. Some of the indigenous people here has black skin, they were black. However, the bulk of the people who were brought here came from Africa. Further, the black people who were here came from Africa. To discuss Original Nations premise, the name Africa came from the Africans. He was given that name because he conquered the area. Africa was here before Scipio came around. However you want to look at it we all came from Africa.
You're going too far back into history... Everyone ULTIMATELY is descended from Africa (Some more directly than others). We get that...
What dude is establishing is that there was a black presence in America that you & I descend from that was here prior to the Europeans arriving...
I'm unsure what your gripe is regarding him mentioning the Papal Bull, but it's very clear:
1) Pope issues a Papal Bull to remove Blacks from America (because he knew we were here and he wanted this land).
2) Years later, Europeans start "colonizing" (invading) America.
What about that do you not understand?
His premise is what I've been saying for a long time: "Most of us didn't get off a slave ship because we were already here..."
Oh, and the name "Africa" did not come from Africans.
