I’ve been and pretty much everything is Black friendly . People are mad nice . You have your Japanese only spots but everything else is all good. Shibuya and Roppongi is where most of the Black clubs are but be aware of them scammming Nigerian niggas who be out trying to scam you into some trash ass club.
