man I have so many stories I could post on the dirty talk..... I just don't feel like "degrading" women on this board......

When did so many young women -- especially those from the middle and upper middle-classes -- begin to find pleasure in being called "Bitches and Hoes" instead of slapping the person referring to them in that degrading manner? Was it the growing popularity of the Hip-Hop movement that numbed young minds of both genders to the debased and insulting intent of "Bitches and Hoes?"
Was it the incomprehensible and insidious rise of non-melodic Gangsta Rap -- with its graphic spoken lyric telling tales of treacherous living in the urban core -- that somehow made "Bitches and Hoes" acceptable to most high school and many college age males and females? The only purpose of "Bitches and Hoes" is to make females sub-human so they can be treated less well.

Random Thoughts for August 16 2:40 pm
My mama's husband bought me a shrimp pasta...It was frozen shrimp over penne noodles covered with AMERICAN CHEESE. Negro please who in the hell has the nerves to serve shrimp pasta with American cheese in New Orleans. They should be deported to Shreveport. That was the nastiest shit I ever ate.
John Stewart once remarked that Walk the Line is like Ray with white people, for some reason that was kinda true that movie is a little too close to Ray. Although very good, a little to close to Ray.
I was given a frozen Snickers bar and it was surprisingly good, I used to buy the frozen Snickers on the waffle cone years ago and it was really good. I'm probably gonna attempt to make a Snickers Ice cream Sundae with fun size snickers, chocolate and caramel, just need to find a base ice cream that would work.
I've finally find a girl to go with me to the commitment ceremony I've been invited to. Funny part is, she heard about it because she was actually shocked that a Baptist church would allow such a thing because her sister is a lesbian and her commitment ceremony was held in a park in Baton Rouge because the church they wanted would not allow it. Plus her sister is getting a re-commitment ceremony in the Spring of 2010 and she wants me to go with her. So I'm probably gonna be the only straight person in history to attend both a gay and a lesbian commitment ceremony. Also this is my list "puppy love" girlfriend from like 1989 so if we get serious as Adults we'll have some funny stories to tell about how we got back together.

In Savannah, they made hurricane season out to be something fierce, but luckily we never got the really bad end of everything that came our way. What we did get, (when I was there), was kinda scary for someone not used to it so those of ya'll who DO go through it, I sympathize. Just please Lord don't let me get caught where the water come up to the car windows again. That scared the life out of me.

Kinda off topic, but how is Savannah anyway? I've heard it's more similar to New Orleans than Charleston is, and I really like the architecture and feel of the city of Charleston...
And, yeah, even though I grew up in New Orleans, I never went through a bad storm there where water was up to car windows....there was the May 8th flood in the 90s, but the water never got up to our house, and the only thing GOOD I remember coming out of it was school was canceled
