I just noticed something...Alot of people on my playlist are no longer with us Donnie Hathaway, Marvin Gaye, Minnie Riperton, Bobby DeBarge, Rick James, Otis Redding, Aaliyah and now Michael Jackson..and probably some more...:(

Anytime JUice. You're right, Dwele is super talented. Seeing that has actually made me want to check out his music. I've been sleeping on him, but I'll find some of his stuff and see what I've been missing. It's pretty amazing to see the kind of love Michael Jackson has been getting. From the avatars and sigs we see here, all day video marathons on television, to folks like Dwele making their own tributes. Mike's music made an impact on everyone. He was incredibly talented and it's pretty cool to see folks represent for him...

BET sucks balls. Dogg, you're right, this Jackson tribute is ass. I know Mike is looking down and this shit like...:smh:... They chose the wrong songs to pay homage to him. In my opinion they should have picked up tempo songs to get the party started. If it's a celebration of the man's life let's celebrate and keep it live. And what the fuck was Done Cornelius talking about??? His long winded monotone ass killed the already half dead mood in the building in the room...

I wish I hadn't turned...poor sound system, ill placed adverts, bad writing, random appearances, hood rats, no energy (cept for Diddy)- Bridezillas comes back on soon...
 
BET is not a channel watched in my house...From reading that posts I am glad I didnt make an exception today.

I don't watch it or let child watch it either. But I couldn't turn the channel being in someone else's room...also I WAS intrigued to see how this tribute was going to go...needless to say I dipped an hour out. Only reason I got to go see the rerun is Maxwell...


Oh and out of the first hour other than Ne-yo- straight garbage. Can't hate on NE though, sound system was horrible. I know them dudes don't sing that damn soft...
 
Michael Jackson died on Thursday they taped the show on Saturday so how in the hell could you be working on the tribute show for 3-4 days. :smh::smh::smh::smh: Then you wonder why people make skits destroying your company.
