Know your rights ladies and gentlemen...

Too many people didn't know this in another thread.

Private security personnel currently outnumber police officers in the United States by three to one. As a result, whether you're shopping in a supermarket or a pharmacy, working in an office building, or visiting a friend in a housing project, you may be more likely to be confronted by a security guard than by a police officer. At the present time, the Fourth Amendment does not apply to searches carried out by non-governmental employees like private security guards.

For example, assume that a shopping mall security guard acting on a pure hunch searches a teenager's backpack. Inside the backpack the guard finds a baggie containing an illegal drug. The guard can detain the teenager, call the police, and turn the drug over to a police officer. The drug is admissible in evidence, because the search was conducted by a private security guard. As private security guards increasingly exercise traditional police functions, courts may one day apply Fourth Amendment guidelines to their conduct.

Shaddy. To answer your question about being searched at the club.

Technically you don't have to be searched ANYWHERE if you don't want to be. But since the club is private property they can put in any rules they want to in order for you to gain entrance to their club.

So if you want to go in and they say you have to be searched then you can choose to walk away no problem.

Andey that's understandable. Because a private security guard is not a part of the government. But think about it- why might private prisons be such a big thing now?

Shaddy got them new bilengual babies.

Ru Sans was soooooo good tonight

Ki ku can kiss my ass

This Brutal Legend game seems pretty nice

I'll take a lot of pics when I get to Zimbabwe. Later.

Man...I those are great pictures.

I would love to see the family life of Zimbabwe. You know? I have my own personal short-comings, many relative to the lack of family life that our scholars speak of;but anyphuck, right?

I would love to see social activities among people who live in a totally Black world. i think those shots would be more valuable to the world as we know it, and hell, the world as it will be, than any other shots you could take.

Just my poor man's dime and nickel...

And thank you, GentlemanPlayer...

Cool pics GP. You always drop heat with the travel pics. Yo, I got to see some of the Midnight Madness festivities form Chapel Hill last night on ESPNU. I'm looking forward to seeing the Heels step on the court for real. This will be an exciting season. Hopefully they will gel and make another run deep in to the tournament. You never know we might even surprise a few people (e.g. those who say we have questions at PG, etc.) with what we can do...GO HEELS!!!:yes::yes:

On another note, I was fucked up earlier. I had just finished cutting my hair and went to put some alcohol on my hairline, face, and the back of my neck. Well apparently, I didn't ring the paper towel out enough and as I raised it to touch my skin a drop of alcohol fell in to my right eye. That shit hurt like a bitch!!!:angry::smh: It brought me straight to the floor. I laid there for about a minute or more until the sting went away. Damn that shit hurt...

GP -

I will always get a kick out of your pics. It's amazing because sometimes it seems like I can point out a place like that here in America and then at times it's eerie because you can look at em and be like 'I could live there'. It's like bringing the untouchables to the untouched.

I'm still full from Ru San's. Next time I want Yakitori dripping from my plate stacked sky high.

Sean - :D

GP-Thank you as always! These are great pictures!
Stay safe Beautiful Black Brotha:yes:

Old school Soul Train-There is a big different in the sizes of women then and now.
I think we are as a people in this age are really out of shape...

They fucked up my reservation but then I layed the schmack down and they akted right.

It's good.

whenever you get back home make sure you write a letter to their home office and let them know about your frustrations and how much you were inconvenienced. make sure you throw bullshit in there like this is your 1st airline choice and if you are going to expect service like that in the future you will have to pick someone new blah blah blah. They will most likely send you some kind of travel voucher for you next flight on that airline.

Okay, I'm here in Harare.

I'm going in to the embassy Sunday. We just have to move a safe into another room. That's it.

The safe contains computer equipment that I work on. But we don't have to swap the equipment out this time. Just have to move the safe.

I'll take my camera and take some pics on the way in to the embassy.
