I'm on Book 4 of the True Blood books although true blood so far has only been based on the first book, it doesn't feel right to call them the Southern Vampire Series or whatever they are called since True Blood is what sparked my interest in the books and either way they really do suck you in. I need my imagination to be on this level when I write..

Student came in w/ questions.. it is my job to answer said questions & if not possible have them sit w/ a "Senior Financial Aid Counselor" or if they are overly incesstant.. this particular student didn't feel she should have been questioned by person in front (me) and then wasn't satisfied with the answer the SFAC gave her (the same thing I told her!!!) and the student apparently thought she was rude so she wrote a long letter to the OFA director saying she was dissatisfied with how our office worked. so both me & the counselor got in trouble. ..

ppl in charge have to be able to realize when someone has a genuine complaint vs. just not hearing what they wanted to hear. Sure you can respond to the person in a way that lets them know they have a valid concern however this is policy..

This was a case of the girl not being coddled the way she wanted to be so she complained. I find it hard to believe the counselor she sat with was rude since she is one of the nicer people in our office.

the books are good. They are easy light reading and you can't put them down.. I've gotten my coworker hooked & now my Asian friend is starting to read them..
