Well, we need to find that stuff. Search high and low, leave no stone unturned...![]()
^^^ you are correct, pole dancing takes an incredible amount of upper body strength. I went to a class with my friend, and we could barely keep up. It's not easy looking sexy and spinning on a pole.
I just finished watching that movie "Baby Mama" and it ishi-larious ... I love me some Tina Fey boy

Do any of the Atlanta people here know where I can find actual police reports on the net? I can find the jail records for DeKalb County but not the report or jail records for Fulton Co. or CoAtlanta...help me please...
dont you have to go to the police station and pay for those?
Police reports are free and public info
not in my township if you need a report from an accident or a burglary they charge you like 5 bucks. If you know down a traffic light or light pole in your accident you have to pay for the poles before you can get the report.

If I understand it right you have to pay for the official report with the stamp and seal. Those are the only documents you can use in court or for insurance purposes. The information itself is free to the public, but not legally binding.
So if you are in an accident with somebody and they give you false info you can go pull the report and see if they gave correct info to the police. But if you want a copy it has a fee.

that is about right that is why you always get all that crap from lawyers when you get into a minor accident or get speeding tickets
I had to request a copy of a police report in August when renewing my car insurance. As the person involved in the accident you are entitled to a copy of the report. All I did was call up the township & ask for a copy to be mailed/faxed to me. NO cost, no problem. Insurance reviewed it, no problems with seals or anything. Ya'll talking some new shit I never heard of...
i think i am addicted to these i dont even make breakfast anymore just drink a bottle of this stuff
![]()
Watch how many calories are in that, doggish! Also, it says no sugar added, but make sure it's not all jacked up with sugar alternatives and other bad things...![]()
they dont contain any kind of sugar or anything else bad. about 300 cals per bottle
300 calories is high for a drink, but I guess if you're substituting it for a meal (particularly breakfast), it isn't so bad...However, a better thing would be is to make sure you're still getting protein in the morning. Does it have protein in it?
2grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber
You should still supplement with something else, unless you're protein-heavy for the rest of your meals. 2 grams is nothing, and you should get a good deal of protein in the morning. But, make sure you're not eating all of your calories in the morning either by adding more to your breakfast....
those are some big ass breasts.
you really should wave to let us know that it's really you.
