As for the shin splints you may (and by may I am strongly suggesting) want to look a chiropractor especially specializing in extremity adjusting, to make sure your spine and your lower extremities (foot,legs,knee,hip) are in order to take the strain from all that running, off your body, and you may want to alternate running on hard surfaces and soft surfaces like grass trails and sand or a track.
I have thought of seeing a chiropractor, and will. I belong to a running group and they were more helpful than the sports medicine doc i went to. Now I get them mostly when i push too hard. It's a slow process to recover from them or rehabilitate them, but its worth it. I love that feeling after running/jogging and pushing yourself. I get outside when I can, but i wish I had more parks near me. or trails

Beyonce is coming to the shore this weekend it should be a good weekend of fun.
i have to stop doing things when i am bored... last night i decide to see how much a serving of chips were, so i break out the food scale and one damn chip was nearly half of the suggested serving size. It was so depressing.

So
I had four wisdom teeth taken out yesterday, two of which was causing cavities cause they were pushed so far up against my other teeth (the regular dentist couldn't mention this
). One that was actually growing straight though apparently was sitting on a nerve so now only time will tell if I will have a partially paralyzed lip.
THEN I check my email which contained a message from my supes to my section that basically said we all need to work our 40 cause we short handed (me being out) and she's under pressure (big boss man quit). All the while she been telling me for two weeks she expect me back at work on Friday.
Oh and I got a graduation at 11 IF I get a ticket that wasn't given to the graduates until yesterday. Either way I have the propensity to be hopped up on Oxy and any of the other two to three medications given to me.

What temperature is to warm for a jacket
~70 degrees IMO. Depends on wind and other weather elements... Also the time of day. I've been warm in 70 degree weather in the day, but chilly at that temp at night.
I have also worn a jacket when the weather was 100 degrees outside before... But it was while I was sitting in class with the A/C on full blast.

see mel i remember reading somewhere that an aunt is married and an ant is unmarried or it may be the other way around but whatever way it is i only here white folks saying the two terms
