i have a couple of pairs of those already not the hightop version though. Cole Haan shoes are the truth but they are kind of expensive they do have an outlet but the chances of me finding my size in the outlets are very very very slim so i dont even look.

Birthday in 4 days. I'm only getting excited because people are pressuring me. Doing my local celebration at Brooklyn bowl . I'm really excited to be hitting the West Coast next Thursday. Man, I'm so in need of some R&R that its not funny. But what's a girl gotta do to get some birthday sex? smh

I'm nervous that in 2 weeks I'm doing this spartan race. fuck that time flew. I can say that I'm doing way better in running than I was in the beginning. 4 miles wasn't an option in January due to shin splints. Money well spent on sneakers, insoles, and socks. And reading about form.

As for the shin splints you may (and by may I am strongly suggesting) want to look a chiropractor especially specializing in extremity adjusting, to make sure your spine and your lower extremities (foot,legs,knee,hip) are in order to take the strain from all that running, off your body, and you may want to alternate running on hard surfaces and soft surfaces like grass trails and sand or a track.
