Can you do a lower sodium all natural smoked salmon. If you lightly sear it it tastes suprisingly like bacon. However, if it's the sodium that is still a concern. Anything smoked might be off limits.
No smoked, cured, salted, koshered, or canned meat, fish, or poultry including bacon...
