Head coach, OC, and QB short, and looks like that will not change anytime soon. Dak got heart, tough, good leader, a "company" man, just can't pass and has no pocket awareness to save his life.

Top 10 qb easily would have taken this team to the promised land, especially with a Top 3 defense and #1 rusher as a crutch.
