Tomlin wins 11 games a year and won his division 3 of last 4 years while constantly competing on high level despite shit QB play for the last 3 years.. He surpassed COwhers 20 year accomplishments in year 4 and has maintained a level of greatness yearly and continues a great track record of player drafting and development. Please stop.

Tomlin is infinitely a better coach than Bill was for that franchise it's not even CLOSE. not even close. not even in the same ball park.
The steelers have a chance at the division every year because he pulls the trash that is big ben together and makes something out of scraps on that defense.
Big ben stays dissing Tomlin in the media and Tomlin ignores it cause he's a spoiled brat and focuses on winning
Ben has held them back each of their last playoff appearances
and out of all the qb's with multiple rings he's probably the worst one performance wise since the last worst one which was terry bradshaw

We needed a linebacker and a couple solid DB's. They signed Marshawn. They went 12 and 4 because of Carr's 7 4th quarter comebacks. The defense was and still is trash. If you watched every game then you knew the talent ain't match the hype it was obvious.
