While that might be true of Western New York, he attacked 6 people in New York City on the same day (4 fatalities). I would have to ask why was law enforcement so derelict in their duties because all of the victims were black men?
The sad part is that we have to keep our heads on a perpetual "swivel," because we know there are copycats that are planning even as I write this. The government has resources to quell many of these occurrences the question now is will they?

What if we were to ask police officers to be productive? Imagine if the police were a private entity. Every year their productivity declines while at the same time they ask for a pay raise at every opportunity.
