My condolences to you and your family. I often think about when the day will come for my parents but it's hard for me to handle. I don't know what I would do without my mom. Though we don't always see eye to eye on things I will always love her. I can only imagine how hard it might be for you with mothers day approaching so my heart goes out to you bruh. My moms always says when it's her time to go she wishes that we would celebrate that she is in a better place free from the stress of this world. When that times comes as hard as it may be for me, I just want to be able to smile for her honor on that day. My blessings go out to you man. Keep your head up.
I just lost my moms on April 1st. Believe me, that's a fucked up day to have to call your family and tell them your mom died.
I just keep doing the things that I think would make her proud, and so far I'm doin ok.
I know saying "I'm sorry to hear that" doesn't help you out much, but I hope my lil 2 cents does.

Makes me very angry sometimes.... So angry one day I snatched a guy out of his car at Walmart for cutting in front of me and stealing my parking space! I'm a pretty big Brotha so you know the White folks thought I was crazy! My Girl knew I had lost my mind and the look on his and her face....made me realize that I had.... Dudes Wife was crying and thought I was going to kill him... I had to just walk a way and breath... The world is a weird place when your Mom is no longer in it....

Your moms has only transformed. Her spirit and soul lives on. That's what the 21 gram thing is all about.

Man, I am sorry to hear and so close to mother's day. My moms asks me to come by all the time but I don't reading this makes me thinks twice what if she wasn't there for me to see. Man I feel your pain man just try to keep it together remember those good times you had.

The worst feeling would be to have been on fucked up terms with her and she left.

The best way to remember your mother is to be the man that she put her heart and soul into raising you to be. You will make it & you will survive. Remember all of the good times that you had & put the same love and care that she put into you into your kids.

thanks to all again. Anyway,she accomplished most of what she wanted.She finally got to OWN her own house since 1997,which what she ALWAYS talked about when i was a kid. She had 5 children,about 9 or 10 grandkids,and one great-grand daughter. And she adored my 3 year-old son. She been waiting for a kidney transplant since '97 but her diet and food choices brought on heart problems in the last few months. Everybody should be more conscious about their health.Anyway thanks again for the love and support cause its a big deal for her to pass right around mother's day. i am so sorry for your lost. i know how you feel. my mom would have been dead for 2 years on the 12 of this month. it gets better with time but still it hurts.
