question for the vegans on this board....

The best diet is a raw one.

Cooking food degrades the

Mineral content. Raw fruits and

Vegetables and a few nuts. There are things that are

'Vegan' that are not really food/good for

You. Vegan is a lifestyle, Im plant based.

I have leather, go to the zoo, etc.

I dont eat honey. I'm plantbased for my

Health. Animals and earth are a close 2nd.

I did lose almost too much weight

though. I also take herbs like seamoss,

Bladderwreck and burdock. I'll never

Consume flesh and blood again, nor

any animal by products. Not necessary

and bad for your health. I do still eat

Cooked foods. I limit the processed

'Food'. Quinoa over rice, fresh

squeezed oj over store bought

pasteurized oj. You want things in as

natural state as possible.

I eat huge salads, enough for two.

Any fruit I consume a double serving, two apples, two oranges.

Guacamole and chips are a good snack.

Veggie Fritters are easy to make, zucchini/mushrooms/onion.

Collard/Mustard/Kale greens, cabbage, blackeyed peas and corn bread with big portions.

Lentil Samosas are good.

Fried Tofu, Vegan Mac n cheese, green beans.

Pad Thai burrito with tofu

Chili

Konjac Root Tacos (Vegan Shrimp)

Vegan Pizza, Lasagna

Fettuccine Alfredo with hella sauteed mushrooms

Onion Rings

Sweet Potato, Green Banana or Butternut Squash Fries

Hummus, olives, pita, chips

Pomegranates

Watermelon

Sauteed Kale w Sesame Oil

Jamaican Veggie Patty

Crispy Eggplant (Chinese, good shit)

Pumpkin Seeds, Nuts, Dried Fruit

Quinoa and veggies

I increase my portions until I replace 4 ounces of would be meat.

Because you lack discipline.

Funny you posted this today. I don’t think it’s a matter of discipline when you’ve been eating meat ur whole life so I respectfully disagree. But I did start again the other day and now I don’t feel the hunger for the meat as I did when I made that post. But still disagree with ur comment

You've met me?

I'm 42, stopped eating pork and

Beef at 19! Continued with Turkey,

chicken and fish up until a few years

ago. Even then there were years where

I went vegetarian. Last 2 years 'vegan'.

Once i decided to eat plant based I

never looked back. Once I knew better

I did better. I would NEVER go back to

Consuming dead rotting flesh. I'm alive

And want to thrive, that's not done

Eating rotting decaying flesh and

blood. Eating death to stay alive .....?

Congrts bro. :bravo: Im back on it myself.

Tofu and seitan for meat sub, almond milk instead of real milk.. I normally eat rice and beans, but I'm carribean decent so that would be the norm with or without meat. Also, need to add for me this has been the worst I've eaten, especially on the go.

Tried a lot of the beyond meat stuff and gardein but I never felt complete...therefore I returned...to the dark side. Only fish , chicken mostly with some turkey but damn man  it was tough. I couldn’t do it for long even though some of that vegan and plant shit wasn’t bad
