Question For The Fellow Fitness Aficionados & Gym Rats

I hope this is a parody of the extremes some trainers/IG fitness influencers go to for likes... because this is some dumb shit :smh:
 
You out of shape and it takes time. The people on that shit are in better shape than you and are used to the machine.
When working out slow and steady wins the race. You also have to be consistent.
Do 5 mins a day for 1 month.
Then 10 mins a day and so on and so forth.

Almost died in the gym today.
I usually hit the treadmill brisk walking & jogging 30 to 45 minutes wit no problem.
Decided to jump on somethin different to change it up a lil.
This shit killed me in 2.5 to 3 minutes flat.
Heart beatin out my chest,breathin hard as fuck & sweatin like i ran 7 miles straight. Had to slap that stop button quick. Damn women next to me laughin they ass off.
