Almost died in the gym today.
I usually hit the treadmill brisk walking & jogging 30 to 45 minutes wit no problem.
Decided to jump on somethin different to change it up a lil.
This shit killed me in 2.5 to 3 minutes flat.
Heart beatin out my chest,breathin hard as fuck & sweatin like i ran 7 miles straight. Had to slap that stop button quick. Damn women next to me laughin they ass off.

You should change up whatever you use in the gym for cardio. Go from bike, to treadmill, to stair master, to some basic HIIT stuff. Like with anything, you cannot go into beast mode immediately. Try “intermediate” then work your way into more difficult settings. You’ll get it quickly.

That thing will kick your butt if you not ready for it...as someone said earlier in the thread, start on a low number and then work your way up in time and speed.
 
Jumpin on that shit again tomorrow though.
Shootin for at least 5 mins straight next time.
Doubt if i make it but now i know what to expect.
Did that shit at 5:30am and still feel like i literally got a 30 min cardio workout in.
3 mins or less.
 
45 is a tall order on that shit far as I'm concerned.Don't know how they manage even 5 to 10 mins.
I have seen some broads on there for more than a hour though. How? I have no idea.

YO! I’ve watched whole movie series on there, that’s my trick… I watched Bosch and now I’m watching Rat Donavan, my discipline is I can only watch the episode while on the treadmill(nothing at home or travel) so if I’m in to it I gotta hit the gym.


What vitamins are y’all on? I’m taking Zink Copper Folic acid L-Arganine Sea Moss and some and Male Drive

Agreed. Always gotta have music or podcasts going ... and when I was big on the stat' bike at the gym, I'd make sure the music or sports channel was on as well. Anything to stay motivated. Usually set it to "Hills" intervals on the stat' bike ... great cardio / resistance.

That thing kicked my ass the first time I got on it, just like you after 3 minutes I was done. The next week I come in the gym and there’s this 60 year old woman on there and she was at 15 minutes!! i told her how it had killed me and she said you just gotta work your way up to it, I started getting on it everyday and built up my stamina for it. The stair master at my gym has landmark settings like “THE WORLD TRADE CENTER” “EIFFEL TOWER”, “STATUE OF LIBERTY”, “EMPIRE STATE BUILDING“ “TAJ MAHAL”, I’ve done all of them and think 56 minutes was the longest I’ve been on there. The WORLD TRADE CENTER one was 101 floors and 2500 steps :oops: felt in through my whole body after

I use the liquid yohimbe with the dropper.
Mix a lil in water or a few drops under the tongue on occasion before a workout. Not an everyday thing though. Moderation is key.
Haven't had any adverse side effects.
Been meaning to give that redwood a try.
 
That's all I used to do til mines broke so I do stairs,leg lunges ....stamina if you lack it it will show with any leg exercises cause your biggest muscles are?right.The reason why some hate working out legs.

Most take legs for granted because you use em all day long without even thinking about it...

what happend is you are developing muscles you aint use

in a minute..

but if you keep at that stair master, it gets easier and easier...

it also means you probably should work more on your legs...

squats calf raises..

I promise you, you will be a whole different beast bruh!!!

but its good to mix shit up... you will feel like a king on the street

when you walkin out and about....
 
Used to do two sets of 12 mins each on that. Gotta lose a little weight before I get back on it. It's great for your heart...not so much for weight loss.

I just put the tread mill on a 20degree incline on my runs when I’m walking. I usually start with a 1mi run at 2.0 degrees , then alternate to 20 degrees for .25 mi, back to 2.0 degrees for .25mi run again until I hit 3mi. Oh and I increase my run pace by .5mph at each interval. That shit will burn a good 600+ calories.
