Alright Don, although I believe I know the answer, DO YOU feel Obama owes you something? Yes/No? Please explain, cuz I'm going some where with this.
why shouldn't we? we been fucked over by the white man who's only been looking out for himself and his kind for centuries why cant the black president do the same? We finally have someone who can actually say they know what its like to be a black man in america, Its no different from Jesus freaks voting some other Jesus freak in office because they know he have their best interests at heart
of course he doesn't owe me anything because i don't need anything. and even if i did i'm not handicapped/injured/disabled so i can go get my own.

honestly the country is bigger than me. i'm fine i don't think he owes me anything other than to reverse some of the stuff that bush has done. that's all i really want him to do. just reverse some of the things he's done and give us back some of our rights, and by us i mean amreican people not just black people. i take pride in him being president because he is black and it would be a great thing if this black guy could bring the country back to where it needs to be as a result of a non qualified white guys fuck ups. as far as handouts and stuff i dont believe in them i believe in working hard and getting what you get.
the only other thing is i want him to talk to the corporations that outsource the jobs and lay off people because business is down. i'd want him to teach them some common sense and tell them business is down because people have no money. people have no money because there arent any jobs. outsourcing is actually killing your company. it was good at first but now its left you damn near broke. the people you pay a cheaper wage to dont spend that money with your company they take it elsewhere. the people who you employed in america would give the money back to you in the long run so it would be a win win. when people have jobs they spend money and theyre going to spend the money where they feel comfortable. its all just one big cycle that makes no sense.

yea people want him to fix in 8 months what it took bush 8 years to fuck up. he did all of this fuckery over 2 terms and they want him to fix it like bam here you go it's done. he hasnt even been in office a year. it seems promising because we're having conversations that we would never have with a bush like president in office. people are speaking out and people are going to town hall meetings and congress is working hard parties are advertising and all of this wasnt happening under bush because it was a dictatorship and honestly i feel the people didnt feel like they had a voice. now they do the voice isnt necessarily what i agree with but at least they could recognize that they feel like theyre a part of the process as opposed to shit being passed in the night and we all just have to adjust.
as far as the corporations go it was a good idea in the beginning for the short term. they made a lot of money. they failed to see the long run though. look at these towns where people worked in plants and car places and everything it used to be booming. people bought houses they bought the cars and products that they worked for the money just cycled back and forth and everyone was happy. take the jobs away but you still want people to spend the money with your company? how they dont have a job. youre paying cheaper wages to others to do the same jobs but with the cheaper wages 1 they cant afford to spend and 2 when they do spend they dont spend with who they work for. it just doesnt make sense to me. maybe promise them some tax breaks if they bring the jobs back to america. bring production back to america. its like we have a nation of people qualified to manufacture things like goods cars and everything BUT there are no jobs for them to do it. like i said before never ending cycle of stupidity. bring jobs back here spend the money here then you'll make money here.

get an education depending on the situation its clearly possible for most to get an education but keep in mind some people are stupid. not in their decisions but some people really arent able to learn things and comprehend things. thats where trade school comes in.
problem with trade school once you complete it if all the jobs that you are qualified for are outsourced out of the country how can you work?
take construction. people are qualified for construction jobs and they make good money BUT if nobody is spending money then nothing needs to be built. same with electricians and things like that. its all dependent.
if people arent making money they arent spending it.
if they arent spending it nothing needs to be built.
if nothing needs to be built then your trade is useless because its dependent on demand.
if you have no job but still need to provide some people will resort to any means necessary to provide.

Well we did have the CBC and NAACP before the Hispanics came up into national power. Seem like they just passing us by, maybe because they don't seem just to settle. I don't expect Onama to owe me anything. First of all, he's a politician. You can only believe about a quarter of what they say anyway. Second, he has a LOT of shit to clean up. Third, there are policies that will benefit Black people like stated above by bigred. Fourth, you have to know how to get on your own. I am out here strong trying to get a job in a down market, but I'm not crying or "blaming it on the man". I got to get mine to get where I need to be and pay these student loans soon.

All I want him to do is make sure the opportunites that I have now are still available to me. If he can make them better, cool. If not, I will work with what I got.
