If I had to guess it IS sexually related tho, but we are thinking too small. People like Trump have lots of sexual kinks (his obsession with Ivanka all through her developing years, and well into adulthood comes to mind) so maybe there is a tape of him having sex with a body double of Ivanka with him insisting she call him 'Daddy.'
But that aint the worst of it. I can also imagine someone like Trump (who has beat his first wife at least once) to be into erotic asphyxiation ... so maybe there is a sex tape of it going wrong, and then the Russians had to make it disappear.
