So today I made a Mississippi Pot Roast with Mashed Potatoes. It was DELICIOUS!!! The Pepperoncini's that I cooked with it were even good. It has been pretty chill in the air, so I decided to make some comfort dinner. I try to put some kind of vegetable with dinner, but I opted out today.
