Yeah, that wasn't a good look. I can see a few things coming though:

Tasha is going to accuse Ghost of fucking Angela
Tasha is going to start acting real shitty
Ghost is going to fuck Angela
Tasha is going to fuck Shawn (or come damn near close to it)
Tasha is going to lead Ghost to believe that something is going on between her and Shawn to make Ghost jealous
Ghost and Shawn are going to fall out because of Tasha
Ghost and Tommy are going to fall out over the businesses (club vs. dope)
Once Angela finds out that she's investigating Ghost, she's going to be torn on what to do
Someone in the DA's office is going to find out about Ghost's/Angela's relationship and threaten to expose it
Ghost/Tommy are going to have a beef with Ruiz

2 eps. in and I don't really like the show. The writers have it moving like painting by numbers :lol: They can't come up with something that's not "that" predictable... I mean damn, as the ep went on I knew exactly what was gonna happen next :smh::lol::hmm:

I would call spoilers, but I know your predictions are just that spot on.

I dont think the show is bad at all. I know its not great, but at least it doesn't feel cheap and generic to me. Something to watch, forget, watch and forget for me.

Two episodes in Ghost is already the most careless kingpin I've ever seen.
This dude has a major weakness for his high school sweetheart.
Thinking about her as he's smashing his own wife.
Then he was seconds away from taking a club pic putting his face at the forefront when he's supposed to be "GHOST". :lol:
C'mon man.
Ghost should never be mentioned in the same breath as Stringer.

I thought this was Standard Operating Procedure. Like 20% of the time I'm smashing wifey, I'm thinking about some random chick that I saw earlier that day. Maybe I'm the only one.

Show was aight....
Cant really judge it off just two episodes. But a lot of things seem predictable already.
SOme of the actors/actresses are obviously noob...just like a lot of the Black actors that Tyler Perrys uses....they giving young Black actresses and actors good work..so its all good. They need to learn.


On another note....
The fact that they kept switching from Spanish to English during conversations kinda pissed me off. I dont know if theyre tryna cater to the Mexican audience or what...but the shit made no sense a lot of times.

the 1st ep was ehh...2nd ep really caught my attention can't wait for the 3rd...some shows need a few eps to hit their stride...spartacus and breaking bad were both shows I actually gave up on after a couple of eps only to rewatch them and eventually really get into them

its definitely a interesting series a little far fetched with the idea that this brutal drug dealer has such a neat and caring existence with his wife and jumpoff and his night club.

too much of a love story @ this point...I like the characters but I don't get the feeling that the show is going anywhere...and they're just gonna throw in some crazy shit @ the end to make it seem exciting...I think I'm just gonna wait til it's over and then marathon it

Ghost did right by following Naturi's suggestion, homegirl followed their rules to the letter and was rewarded with a promotion, which is how it should be, if she followed the rules and STILL got murked that just teaches others that if they get hit, even if they follow the rules, RUN to the police before their own crew murks them!

Question: Why didn't Naturi notice the missing money before, even though they both always went together, we're talking @ least 6 months passing from when Ghost took the money?

And let's be real, this is really just a different take on the Avon Barksdale/Stringer Bell dynamic from "The Wire".:yes:

:smh: The Wire was a whole hell of a lot deeper and better written than this.

Just because both have drugs in play doesn't mean they're anything alike.
