im using launcher pro and desktop visualizer
i really like how the other homescreen had like 4 icons...so I would chose the 4x1 icons right?...when i try to use that and the pics i downloaded on my phone the icons pics come out super tiny
when I highlight the icon it highlights the appropriate space but for some reason the pics are coming out super tiny
did i download them wrong? leave it to me to make things so complicated
Good Question. My kinda does that too. Sometimes if I download the wallpaper of a moedel it will cut off a chick's head.
in your launcher pro settings, go to Homescreen and then scroll down to homescreen grid. change the number of columns to 5. you can try to change number of rows as well to 6. after that, go back to the screen and try to stretch the icon. if this doesnt work, chances are, the icon you are using is too small and cant be stretched. these are the icons you want right?im using launcher pro and desktop visualizer

save the image you want as your wallpaper, to your phone. open up the gallery and find it. choose to save it as wallpaper and a box will appear around the image. drag the box to the portion of the pic you want to be shown. then save.

Damnn late as hell on this thread. I got into that "Bettercut" yesterday and now on that "Desktop Visualizer". I'm currently making my own icons using this format
and will post some screencaps when i'm finished. Thanks to everyone that dropped knowledge in this thread. Got my phone looking extra nice

you need desktop visualizer, depending on which launcher you use. you also need to have the icons on your memory card.

Yo when I download pics and save them as wallpaper there aren't as crisp as the original. It looks fuzzy and way to change the resolution?
I've found it's better not to use pics that are too large. Optimal res for EVO pics is 960x800.
