"Out" and "after" refers to time periods around competitions.
At one week out we see she is defined. At 2 days out we see her in her outfit, hair and makeup is done. She's probably focusing on posing more than anything. She looks a little less defined in this picture (maybe just ighting).
At one week after, we see her body returning back to normal state. She's drinking water regularly and has lost some definition in the quads, abs and her lats aren't so pronounced. STILL better than the average woman.
