Popeyes New Chicken Sandwich Is Luring In Loyal Chick-Fil-A Advocates

Part 2 of marketing scheme. Dry out source. Let demand increase.
Popeyes playing by the rules of the street

Again Popeyes didn’t do any of this, it was all social media, Popeyes doesn’t even have a commercial for this sandwich. It was the same with the Patti Pie, there was no commercial for it either but social media had people flooding Walmart buying out the pies as soon as they hit the shelves. The same way Popeyes is having to put “we’re out til tomorrow” signs on their doors are the same signs I was seeing in Walmart.

Aye found a spot that had em yesterday like they said they would. Was one of the first few mfkrs of the day... 3 cars in line when i got there, by the time i left there were at least 7 cars in line and mfkrs could barely fit in the door for the inside line.... Mfkr at the drive thru said its too early for this, went and took a smoke break after giving me my food... One of the cooks was out there too..... Hahaha

Sn. Sandwich was good. Damn good, but definitely not worth all this damn hype.... Mfkr was still moist and tender in the middle... And it was spicy to my wife and she loves "hot" food. She said she's a believer, but she wouldn't wait more than the average 10 minutes for popeyes food for it

I tried it Saturday wasn’t the best thing since sliced bread but wasn’t no where near horrible.

So I’m give Popeyes props for the sandwich

How do u run outta chicken when that’s what you sell? Never heard of CF running outta of their “hot” items and there are consistently long lines at each restaurant

restaurants up this way run out of food all the time..... people live in those fast food joints...

i'm sure anyone in cleveland will remember this when randall mall was open in the food court, taco bell, pizza hut, etc use to run out of food every single day.

That's not good inventory management then. CF doesn't run out of what they sell, that's a win in my books. CFA >>> Popeyes

Agreed. I don't think even Popeyes thought they would be as successful, there shares went up 11% after they released that sandwich. Scarcity creates profit.
