i believe it has to do w/ the type of questions

also having a maybe option changes a lot

for me...i USUALLY start in the middle and either sway to the left of right

i believe the first test to be more accurate tho in terms of my political beliefs

Yeah, I noticed that. I think that middle column (the "Maybe") in the second one that we both took skewed the results. I chose maybe because I didn't agree with the other two extremes but had there been more choices. either to the left or right of "Maybe" I would have selected those others and not the maybe -- and a lot of those answers might actually have been to the right of maybe.

I agree with you -- the first one appears to more accurately reflect my political thoughts, as well.

He used the wrong link. I did that initially before I realized that I had to point the cursor in the middle of the result image or the link would be to the questions.

I think it depends, but controlling inflation is always a good thing. 50% unemployment with low inflation is still a fucked situation right?

that question doesn't make sense to me. why is unemployment so high to begin with? probably has do with too high of inflation.

It's like you guys never read your econ book.

Or an arbitrarily high minimum wage, which could result in inflation but wouldn't be an effect of inflation. See young black male employment numbers in urban areas, which is actually pretty close to 50%..

Your Econ book should have taught you that shit is complicated.

Actually, with the exception of Greed's result, almost all have fit in the Green (libertarian/left) zone.
yeah but the fact we are all almost on the same line in regards to social freedoms is a trip. None of us are buckwild anarchists. But you can tell african herbsman listens to rage against the machine

hell I listen to Rage in the Machine, and yet I'm pretty much more conservative when it comes to military, and economic issues.

It's weird because I never thought of myself to be a libertarian at all. However, libertarian is another word for independent anyway if you really think about it..

true unemployment is around 20% and has been there since a little while after 9/11 but inflation was held in check by strong consumer spending as a result of the inflated real estate market. Inflation didn't cause that unemployment increase, it was cheap labor from Mexico, India and China that caused it.

I've notice something about many people I chill with at the barber shops. Many of OUR people do not understand politics as a whole. I mean seriously, I know many "democrats" that are way more conservative than me. For example, I could careless about abortion, and gay marriage. However, the people I talk to sounds damn near like Bush when it comes to those issues. Then, when you asked them "why are you a democrat?" they get a tad bit offended like I challenge them.

So I came up with this philosophy about our people. The only reason most of Black America supports the democratic party is because of the fear of being different. We are train to not have a difference in opinion to keep control of OUR people. Thus, why I get attacked for expressing my views, and how to overcome some of the adversity that we deal with. When I say we, I mean "I and YOU", not just you. People assume that I do not deal with the same bullshit they do, because my views tend to go towards the right. The truth of the matter is this, I want to see my race succeed as much as any other body. Yet, I do notice if one party is screwing us out of the success we rightfully deserve. Sadly, I'm in the minority....

btw, Rage in the Machine only strengthens my views. It's like reading up on Nietzsche, and being a devout christian. If you look at Nietzsche's life, you would more than likely, become a stronger christian.

I hate both parties bruh. I think people who don't spend a lot of time thinking about politics easily fall into the trap of believing in the two party bullshit. If it weren't for repubs basically saying fuck black people through their actions, many AA's would identify with them more.

I totally agree, however, you must realize why it is such. Think about this, are you going to respect the chick that give you pussy just to make you happy, or a woman that makes you better yourself before she drop the thongs? AA's have this belief that we ought of get something for nothing, and that's wrong. My stance on 2 parties goes like this. Both parties have something valuable to offer. If more AA's embrace both sides, and filter the bullshit out, we will be in a better situation as a race.

The republicans can say "fuck it" when it comes to AA's, to me that's irrelevant. Reason being, we do not need any party to fix our mistakes in the first place. I believe that we "AA's" need to learn how to privatize our own shit *education, social programs, ect* so we can fix what needs to be fix in our neighborhoods.

Damn, that's one of my favorite groups.

Rage kinda lost me though. I couldn't listen to them everyday when I have bands like Killswitch Engage, and Dream Theater that's in my Ipod. To me, Rage is a bit dated, however, its fun to go back to them when some racist shit just popped off. Until they have a new record coming out, they won't get the same ipod play as other groups.

Im all for self empowerment and rising up but there are billions of reasons why the government doesnt want that to occur so they pump up empty social programs that do little to nothing for the ending of negative cyclical bullshit

on the thong thing - fuck tying doing what is right to some perceived self uplifting that is constantly worked against by those who refuse to do what is right
the analogy is - the chick wont give you the pussy until you come correct, then constantly thwarts your efforts to come correct - fuck that game playing bitch

But life is a game, and we have been losing since we sold ourselves to government programs for survival. Its to the point that its unpopular to actually spit out solutions to many problems without being called a "republican", or an "uncle tom". My point is this, in order to gain power, we need to lose the "help" we are getting from our true enemies. We need to reject the notion that everyone is out to get us *even if that is so* because it's hindering our efforts to become the race we suppose to be. Once we do that, we would see who our true allies/enemies are.

PREACH !!!!

I have long found it sickening to hear about "Economic" of "Social" justice "movements". These are merely euphamisms for socialism. And I refuse to believe in a policy which by it's very nature and doctrine calls for individuals to be subjugated by the mob.
