They play at 360 and PS3 quality(720p mid-setting). The reason most PC gamers say the games are unplayable is that the standard is 1080p 60 fps for PC gamers. I haven't tested Crysis 3 on my laptop, but most everything else works fine at 360/ps3 quality(hitman absolution, far cry 3, crysis 2, black ops 2, Sleeping Dogs, NBA2k, and so forth). Keep AA off. Turn off Vsync. Shutdown all background programs. MY AMD(APU) is mid-range from 2011 at is fine. It's a dual core. Compared to the 360/ps3, it's fine. You shouldn't miss a beat.
You don't need a gaming laptop to do 360/ps3 quality gaming. What's funny is that some Ps3/360 titles dip down to the teens in FPS. You don't need that much power to play these ports.
I don't even play two player games in person on consoles. That's what the internet is for.

Shit you might have open like the browser. Anything that can eat up memory and mess up the game. Something as simple as having your browser open to yahoo sports can cause hiccups with these integrated chips. A lot of people have bloatware on their computers. It has to be disabled or deleted. People also forget some of their closed programs may still be running. Just have essentials running. Use Task Manager to check.
I run windows 7 and before I launch a game I make sure my memory use in Task Manager is around 0.9 or maybe 1.10 at the max before I start. I tried to play NBA2k13 with Firefox running once and game stuttered too much.
Not even that, man. Megazell taunted and belittled console gamers at every turn in a way that angered many...including me at one time...and it masked the point he was trying to make. Not trying to be on that same shit. I own consoles too and I'm just trying to be informative to mofos about other options. Just saying, cats in here BITCHING about PS4 info yet don't want to hear the alternatives. That's just stupid to me. Sorry, but I'm not trying to be insulting. That shit just makes no sense to me to be all up on buying some shit that you really ain't feeling.
I see your point. I'm not about to enter this debate because I get to enjoy the best of both worlds(like yourself). I see the pros and cons in both.
