The game was "meh" it really didn't bring back any nostalga for me at all like I hoped.
Actually haven't been playing mine since I was having this done to it. Now time to dust it off since I have my plates back to try Ratchet. I already had a classic PS sticker for my logo so I wanted to plate colors to match it. PS1 is still my favorite Sony system.

We are on a budget but I put money away for these types of purchases but I just bought an Xbox around Dec and now this PS5.

I'm a few years older than you. I've been a gamer my entire life, starting from "pong" right on up to today. A little over 20 years ago, I moved in with my girl. I had a playstation back then and hooked it up at the new place when I set the tv up (Svideo for the "best picture possible", lol)
anyway, a few days later, I was playing some game or another and my girl goes off about me playing these games talking about they are for children and I need to be doing "grown man shit"... I turned off the game and left.
I aint' come back for two days.

she never let out a peep about them games after that.... for the entire 18 months we lasted, lol.
Do you have other family members who play as well, or do you just have machines set up all over your house?
I've got a few machines (nothing from this current gen) but they are mostly set up on one TV.

It is a great game, probably one of the best games I've played.
I wouldn't pay 69.99 for Ratchet but I've only played like ten minutes of the game.
Load time is impressive but quick resume on Xbox is as close to instant as possible.
