Just a post to see what everybody else does to try to hustle up extra money. I'm a hard worker and I Would appreciate It. If the Fam can give any Ideas as to what Ya'll do to earn that extra paper to get by, I'm forever grateful. I'm a paper chaser, and I figure we can all benefit from such a post. This is Tax-free work , on the side type shit to Put gas in the tank, misc. Items and such.
I'm really curious as to what some of ya'll actually get up and do on the daily....I'd hate to think that the members here with no job, whatever(Broke Bastards) sit around the fuckin house and F5 the main board all day.
I dont mean selling dope and robbing niggas, thats last resort type shit for me. I'm comfortable with my finances but you can never have enough. I own a bar and I'm saving to buy some downtown real estate outright... the right way.
Anyway let me know what you got to offer and hopefully we can all get right.
A few things I Do to supplement...
- landscaping, 26 customers (mostly cutting grass)
- cleaning/floor care, 3 office buildings..1 Charter school
- Newly acquired Hand Car Wash...

My main gig is as a Systems Analyst for an investment bank.
Side hustle: Occasional Freelance as a Computer Tech. Basically I get minor gigs through word of mouth (friends, friends of friends, family friends, lawyers, etc....you get the picture). This one law firm paid me $230 for 6 minutes worth of work.....to map a shared drive on their computers...lol
I felt like I was robbing them....and it felt good.
Haven't done it in a while though, with all the OT available at the main gig.

My mom sells cakes,pies, cookies and shit. She makes about 500 a week cause she has customers who fiend for them shits. She comes down to my Car wash on the weekends with them dinnners and cleans up.
So there Is moneys In that If you can hook some clientele.Only costed me about 200 for used equipment in the beginning. I bought a 94 F-150 for a couple G's and the price of Gas. I was rolling for Dolo in the beginning , so All money maid was mine. I've upgraded since, got a few employees, and some newer equipment. I bought a riding mower for about 7 hundred a couple years ago and about 3-4 pushmowers and some trimmers. You dont have to go overboard w equipment. they all do the same thing. Mad trash bags and Water/Gatorade. Thats what I'm buying all the time..

Yeah they had a guy doing this where I used to live...he had a minivan and I guess a portable water tank with a hose...he'd rack up during pollen season...I saw some guys at the dealership washing the cars on the lot while I was getting an oil change...their setup was in the back of a pickup truck...

I think I'll just start with a good riding mower, good push mower, straight shaft edger, straight shaft trimmer, and maybe a blower, plus the usual rake, broom, trash bags, hedge clippers, and a 16' trailer that my mama has for sale.

Yeah I got some cheap shit from a yard sale, About 6 years or so ago. I bout some new shit from Lowes on a Lowe's card about 2 years ago and It's been working just fine ever since. If you got the cake, go on ahead and get the industrial equip your lookin @. I did It on that card and paid off the 2200 in a year as the jobs started coming.

My 9-5 is a Optical Lab manager, making these glasses at a major retail chain. I'm taking a test Sunday to become a licensed optician, plan on opening my own optical shop here in the metro Atlanta area, the mark up on lenses and frames is anywhere from 200-300%.
I also do wedding photography and videography charge anywhere from $1000-3000 usually do about 1 a month i been sleeping on it lately.
Did the ebay thing for a few years selling t-shirts,posters,mousepads anything my printer can print on i will sell it.
I plan on this summer going back to little league games and snapping photos of kids.Parents will pay good money for anything with their kids on them.
Trying to get out and stay out of the rat race by age 30, i'm 24 now and doing pretty well.

Shit...there were some cats I think from Jersey that were doing it...they sold it to them mom and pop type gas stations/convenience stores...they were making millions...but I think what they were doing was buying gas out there which was cheaper and then going to New York and reselling it for more than they obviously paid but the prices still beat NY prices...
