No prison time for son of Pennsylvania judge who pleaded guilty to child porn
he son of a Pennsylvania county judge pleaded guilty to child pornography, but did not receive any jail time, WPXI reported.
John Paul Doerr III, 34, was sentenced to five years probation, six months house arrest and 15 years on the Megan’s Law registry after pleading guilty to 35 counts of child pornography -- which could have landed him a maximum sentence of more than 250 years in prison.
Doerr’s father is Thomas Doerr, Butler County’s president judge. Dozens of people protested the younger Doerr’s sentencing outside the Butler County Courthouse on Friday, saying they believe that the father-son relationship had a lot to do with the lenient sentence.

“It’s not fair. He (could have) gotten 252 years behind bars, (but) instead he got probation and house arrest,” said Madison Morgan, a demonstrator. “It’s because of who his father is.”
Doerr was initially arrested after confessing that he downloaded multiple videos, including one with a child as young as 1-2 years old. Investigators tracked him down using the IP address assigned to his computer.
Butler County officials told Channel 11 there was no wrongdoing in the case. The district attorney said he immediately handed Doerr’s case over to the attorney general’s office and that no local judge heard the case.
Authorities brought in an outside judge and prosecutor. That prosecutor said this is a standard sentence, typical for these types of cases.

Bug Hall, the actor best known for playing the adorable tyke Alfalfa in "Little Rascals," was arrested after he was caught allegedly inhaling an air duster.
The actor, whose real name is Brandon Bug Hall-Barnett, 35, was arrested on Saturday in Weatherford, Texas, after cops responded to calls for a "status check" for a possible "overdose poisoning," according to a police report obtained by Fox News.
Calls to the local department were made from individuals who reported "someone by the dumpster huffing," the police report furthers.

Police records show that Hall was placed under arrest for possession for use to inhale or ingest a volatile chemical. Hall was transported to a local county jail and held on a $1,500 surety bond.
According to TMZ, who first reported the story, it was Hall's family members who requested the police check on him.

According to the actor's IMDB page, he's gone on to appear in numerous other films and television shows since 1994's "Little Rascals," including "Harley and the Davidsons," "Body High," and "Subterranea."

On Wednesday, a viral video showed a white woman in Auburn Hills, Michigan, pulling a handgun on a Black woman in an altercation in a parking lot.
According to the woman taking the video, the white woman nearly hit the Black woman while backing up her van, and the argument escalated quickly.
“Get the license plate!” the Black woman can be heard shouting.
“Don’t you f**king jump behind my car,” replied the woman with the gun. “Get the f**k back! Get the f**k back! Back the f**k up!”
