Out CAC me....(ongoing)

Will Hayden’s adult daughter and “Sons of Guns” costar Stephanie Hayden Ford went on “Dr. Phil” and, in an episode that aired Thursday, claimed that her father had been sexually inappropriate with her when she was 12, and sexually assaulted her cousin and friend.

Ford also claimed her father sexually abused her 12-year-old sister.

Hayden is currently in jail, charged with aggravated rape of a juvenile, forcible rape and indecent behavior with a juvenile.

FOX411 looked at one of Hayden’s social media accounts, which had not been taken down. It paints a picture of a doting father who frequently wrote about and shared photos of both of his daughters—more frequently of the younger daughter.

In one photo—a selfie—a shirtless Hayden is cramped into the frame kissing his younger daughter’s cheek. The caption reads “[Daughter] just took this one… insist that it be shared” with a smiling emoji.

One commenter on the photo wrote about Hayden’s role as a dedicated father, to which he replied, “That's all I am bro. Rest of it is just stuff I do to make a living.”

On Aug. 14, Hayden addressed the scandal on the site, thanking his friends for their support.

“Please know how much your support means to us. All of our lives have been redefined by a single parting shot. So far our entire focus has been protecting and trying to shield [daughter] from physical danger and as much of the vileness as possible… Y'all know my baby, you know what an incredible young lady she is… This thing now though, this hurt her. Like nothing I've ever seen. It terrified me. But she has true strength, she's been raised to use her brains and form her own opinion. She's definitely got a couple opinions about this attack on her family and the person who did it. Keep my baby in your prayers. She's my heart.”

Recent mentions of his wife, Rachel Hayden, are scarce on his account. If it wasn’t for one photo of her posted on Aug. 23, it would be hard to tell on social media that the ex “Sons of Guns” star was married.

On Aug. 26, after Will Hayden’s second arrest, Rachel Hayden spoke to WBRZ2 and defended her husband.

"I would have known,” she said. "I do believe that she would have told me.”

Police documents state a 12-year-old girl accuses Hayden of raping almost daily – beginning when she was 11 years old.

"I don't know how long these allegations go back,” Rachel Hayden added, “but I know it definitely was not happening when we were together."

According to police documents, the minor said she was most recently abused during July 2014.

Hayden was first arrested on Aug. 9 for molestation of a juvenile and aggravated crimes against nature. He posted his $150,000 bond and was released. He was arrested again two weeks later for aggravated rape and more charges were later added.

When he was first arrested, Hayden’s lawyer told FOX411 an ex-employee seeking revenge made untrue allegations against the reality star. After his second arrest, the lawyer told FOX411 that unsubstantiated claims were piling up against Hayden and he cautioned critics to “slow down and see what happens.”

Ford told Dr. Phil McGraw the rape accusations came after a personal assistant caught an undressed Hayden passionately kissing his younger daughter on the couch.

Will Hayden’s lawyer and a rep for Ford did not immediately return FOX411’s request for comment for this story.

Man Gets His Puppy High On Meth, So He Could Stay Awake To Party With Him
meth-dog.jpg

A Texas man has been arraigned on animal cruelty and drug charges after admitting to injecting his dog with methamphetamine over an six month period. However, Travis Smith pleaded not guilty at the arraignment citing he “only put meth in the dog so he could spend more time with his best friend in the world.”

Smith’s younger sister spoke on his behalf:
“He loves Paris more than anybody could love their puppy dog. The dog truly is his best friend forever, but the dog slept a lot and Travis got so lonely on his meth binges. He didn’t have human friends, outside of me, his meth dealer and the mailman. So he shot the dog up with crank to keep it wide awake so they could party together. He had the dog drinking Coors beer too. Dog got to where it could drink me under the table and I’m no lightweight.”
The local animal shelter took Paris into custody.
“The poor puppy is physically addicted to methamphetamine. We have no precedent for a case like this and honestly we’re a bit stumped on how to treat Paris,” a shelter spokeswoman said. “We’re going to probably hand him over to a national drug rehab facility where they can help him with the physical withdrawals and then maybe we can find him a home. But will people want to adopt a recovering canine meth addict and alcoholic? We have no idea.”
If convicted, Moore faces up to five years in prison and a $25,000 fine

An Indiana man is being held without bond for allegedly stabbing his ex-girlfriend to death, then cooking and eating parts of her body, according to a probable cause statement obtained by*CNN affiliate WHAS. :puke:

Joseph Oberhansley, 33, is charged with murder, abuse of a corpse and residential entry in connection with the death of Tammy Jo Blanton. He’s being held at the Clark County Jail.

Jeffersonville Police Department detectives responded to a welfare check at Blanton’s home on September 11 after a concerned co-worker called authorities to report Blanton had not shown up for work that morning. The co-worker informed police that Blanton had been having trouble with her ex-boyfriend the previous night.

When officers arrived at Blanton’s home, Oberhansley answered the front door and told police she was not at home and he did not know her whereabouts, according to the probable cause statement.

Officers said they observed a fresh injury to Oberhansley’s hand, and after taking physical control of him, police said they located a folding knife in his back pocket.

“The knife had blood and hair on it,” the document stated.

A search of the home revealed several blood stains, as well as evidence that the back door to the home had been broken through, investigators said.

When police entered the bathroom, they discovered a large amount of blood, as well as a fabric tarp covering the bathtub. Police then pulled back the tarp and discovered Blanton’s body.

“The front of the victim’s skull appeared to have been crushed and brain tissue appeared scattered around the tub,” according to the document.

A deputy coroner who examined Blanton’s body determined she suffered numerous injuries to her head, face, neck and chest.

“A large section of the front of her skull was removed. A large portion was missing. Several cuts to her chest created a large opening,” the corner said, according to the document.

The coroner further stated that Blanton’s heart was removed.

“A plate with what appeared to be skull bone and blood was found in the kitchen. A skillet and a pair of tongs with blood on the handles were found on top of the stove,” the probable cause statement said. “The cooking surface of the skillet was blacked with a void in the middle where the cooked material had been removed.”

During a police interview, police said Oberhansley initially denied being aware of Blanton’s death but later confessed.

“He confessed that he had broken into the back door of the home and also broke into the bathroom where Blanton had locked herself inside. He struck Blanton several times with a knife, causing her death. He also admitted to mutilating her body, using a jigsaw to cut open her skull, remove a portion of her brain and eating it raw. He further admitted to cooking a section of her brain and eating it. A bloodied electric jigsaw and jigsaw blade were located and collected from [the] scene by detectives,” police said in the probable cause statement.

When asked by police what happened to Blanton’s heart, Oberhansley allegedly told investigators that he had removed it and eaten it along with part of one of her lungs. *

“During Monday's appearance in court, Oberhansley said he didn't commit these crimes and he didn't understand what the judge was talking about. He appeared anxious and said his name is ‘Zeus Brown,’”*CNN affiliate WHAS reported.

HLN left a message with the Clark County Public Defender’s Office to determine if Oberhansley has retained an attorney.
