we all know gsp has a formula that could keep him undefeated for the next 4 yrs.

who wants to watch the same fight over and over again
dana white or the fans don't want it.
GSP showed nothing new in this fight.
the thing is GSP can get you to the ground
but
he's not technically skilled enough or strong enough
to finish the guys on the ground
Hardy was much bigger than gsp
so is a lot of the other welterweights like alves
props to GSP and is camp
they got a winning formuala

this is going to get boring very quick.

Nah, not mad, but that's a fact. That nigga Phil Nurse greased his chest and back between the 1st and 2nd rounds. Lo and behold, BJ can't get rubber guard as his feet slide down GSP's back. That's just what it was. GSP would take him in a rematch.

And I say GSP is boring. Not he isn't a great MMArtist.
As for the Penn fight, I don't believe GSP would've been able to punch BJ on the ground had Penn been able to utilize his rubber guard which was nullified by illegal lubrication. The NSAC admitted there was excess grease on GSP, they just didn't sanction him. BJ still lost and would lose a rematch.
That makes him a better MMArtist than them both. Just because you're a fighter doesn't make you the best in the world. GSP is better than both of those. However, I dont' feel we'll EVER see just how good GSP can be because he's afraid to challenge himself.

I'm a fan of the sport and have been watching for years. It's easy to tell who is a fighter (someone who loves to FIGHT) and who is just a MMArtist (treats MMA as a sport and plays to win).
Yes you can be as good as GSP and not be a fighter. GSP fights. Hell, he used to be a fighter. He used to have that hunger. Serra took it from him.
None of his opponents (except Fitch and BJ although not externally) have looked damaged or bad. He's just beat them. Took them down. Threw a little punches. Attempt a sub or two and ride out the clock. GSP plays Princeton basketball in the cage.

GSP might go down as the best WW, but he will never be the best p4p all time because you have to go up in weight to do that...or be a heavyweight

Well Finch just won tonight and he put up a tough fight with GSP a few years back. There is Kos who has improved since he last fought GSP. Then there are two dark horses who could earn a shot with one o two more fights in Paul Daley & Paulo Thiago.
