Fultz hurt his shoulder and didn't tell anybody. He changed his shot to compensate for his injured shoulder. Some estimate that he was taking close to 200 shots a day in an effort to adjust the way he shoots the ball. It didn't work and fucked with his head. Now that the shoulder is fine, he's trying to re-learn his former way of shooting.
Personally I don't blame the Sixers organization. I think they lied to the public in an effort to protect the kid. Remember he's only 19.

He is not leaving Cleveland for Philly. Not a chance. If he leaves Cleveland it will be to the Lakers. He can team up with Brandon Ingram, Lonzo, Kuzma and they got the cash to get another top free agent like maybe Paul George or Demarcus Cousins. I don't think he wants to leave Cleveland though, I think his wish is to retire a Cavalier. And if they can keep contending and going to the finals then he should stay in Cleveland. They got a shot at winning it all this year if they can put the team first and play like they want the chip.
You or I don't know where he will end up but Philly has a legitimate shot at getting him. I've never seen LeBron praising a team like he has done with Philly. Believe me it will not be a shock to me if he ends up in Philly.
Lakers or staying with Cavs. He not going to 76ers.
