Bruh... That's a bad bitch... But seriously, dude has improved defensively. Plus with having solid wing defenders around him like Tucker, Ariza, Mbah A Moute, he doesn't have to go all out defensively and it makes him look better.

Yeah... You right... But them niggas can't complain about not getting EVERY CALL tho... Like every now and again just shut the fuck up and get back on defense vs jumping up and down, being demonstrative, taking your mouthpiece out, throwing your hands up, etc...

I think they are putting too much pressure on him. They should have kept the snitch to play with him. KCP plays better defence but can't create his own shot therefore our Half court offence is garbage. Lopez is slow as fuck out there.

I think he needs to concentrate on passing, rebounding and help defence. He also needs to holla at Kobe or somebody to give him some post moves. At 6 6 he should be better around the rim. Plus he needs to stop going up cute and jam on some more people.

I'd say slump. He's probably a 42% shooter that will hit the NBA 3 at 34% or so. Plus he's streaky. It's on Kuzma, Clarkson, Ingram and KCP to do the scoring. Lopez seems to have lost his touch

James is just lazy on defense. That's all. He puts the effort in then I have no grips about it. He is definitely improved on not being so lazy.

Like I said to @jack walsh13, he's improved but having elite defenders around him helps A LOT. He's taking more chances in the passing lanes and his help/weak side defense is good. He's definitely not the defensive liability he once was.

Stream some of their games or watch on league pass. It's noticeable... And the Rockets are blowing niggas out... They was up by 40 at one time last night against Denver... Starters damn near sat the whole 4th quarter

Lots of expectations. Everything he does is viewed with a critical eye. Tired of hearing about him. He's average right now (directed towards the media, not folks in this thread). He not the best player on the lakers. He's not the best rookie in the league either.

The hype is way more than what he really is. Boy needs time to develop his game. It's still infant.

Yes, I notice that which works well for him. Sort of like how Steph does at GS. He plays the passing lanes well and he is there to rotate to the right spot. He don't have to be elite, but he can be a smart team defender.

Come on bruh! GSW gets little to no calls once every blue moon and now the whole world gotta stop to hear them bitches crying. That is something GSW should overcome easily with all that fire power on that squad. They lost because they didn’t take OKC seriously and thought they were gonna come in and wreck. Didn’t happen! OKC and Russ never backed down.

Totally disagree from a basketball standpoint. If the definition of alpha is talking shit cool, but basketball wise, Durant has more than proven hes an alpha. Just check highlights of last years finals. No deference or anything, when it was winning time, he took the big shot and made the big play. To me, performing like that on the big stage, being the best player on the court and dominating your team to a chip screams alpha...

What rookies haven't struggled, Kuzma and Ben Simmons, and Simmons isn't really a rookie.

He has decent quickness, he just doesn't have great lateral quickness. And he is a two feet jumper which makes it more difficult.
