I, Game Plan, cosign with this message and all that it represents. Thank you for your time.

And Pinolero, and I correct in that Ronaldo still has yet to score against us?

Nah man, the previous two clasicos he scored a penalty and then in the extra 15 minutes in the Copa del Rey.

Messi has like 10 goals against Madrid though.

87 min: ALL THAT NONSENSE WAS WORTH SITTING THROUGH!!! Real Madrid 0-2 Barcelona. What a goal this is. Messi picks up the ball at speed in the middle of the Real half. He slaloms down the centre of the field, evading challenges by five separate white shirts, before entering the box. He's drifting to the right of goal, but no matter: he draws Casillas and dinks deliciously past the advancing keeper on the left and sends the ball bouncing into the bottom-left corner. That was pure genius, absolutely majestic, a goal for the ages. That it's come at the end of this shambles of a game is something of a saver for football's reputation.

As happy as I am, this still isn't over.

I'll go ahead and call it... Barcelona vs Manchester United in the Champions League Final on Saturday, May 28, 2011..... unless something crazy happens in the second leg (I doubt it)...

I'll tell you a big reason why Messi is pure greatness. After a coupla years of consistently dribbling to his left and torching defenders with his speed and control, defenders got wise and started damn near inviting him to go to his right and shoot/pass/cross with his weaker right foot. So what does he do? Goes and trains shooting with his right foot. Drills upon drills. And unleashes it in the Champions League where defenders think they'll have him sewn up. Marcelo saw him running to his right and didn't even twitch. "Eh, it's covered." By the time it clicks that "dammit, he's going through!", it's too late.

Greatness.

Dempsey breaks Fulham EPL scoring record vs Bolton

LONDON (AP) -- Clint Dempsey broke Fulham's Premier League goalscoring record by netting twice in a 3-0 victory over Bolton on Wednesday.

The American midfielder hooked the ball into the net after 15 minutes and tapped in another three minutes into the second half to take his tally since joining Fulham in 2007 to 33 goals.

Dempsey surpasses fellow American Brian McBride and French midfielder Steed Malbranque, who both scored 32 league goals before leaving Fulham.

After Dempsey's double, Norway defender Brede Hangeland completed Fulham's victory with a 65th minute-header.

Fulham soared into the top half of the Premier League standings to ninth, a place and four points behind Bolton with four matches remaining.

Absolutely speechless. :smh::smh:

I've never seen a bunch of cheats in my life as I have with this Chelsea squad.

I can't wait till they come to Old Trafford.

 Madrid would have been within 5 points today if they had beaten Zaragoza.

And a bunch of B teamers played for Barca today:lol:

Pinto
Fontas
Montoya
Thiago
Afellay
Suarez

C/S

How the hell did the linesman gave that a goal when he was 20 yards behind.

A utd fan complaining about "unfair" treatment?

WTF are you talking about?? You rentboys won the league last season because of this fuckery here...

The year before, a phantom penalty on Michael Carrick in the box off that German sweat Ballack, and 3 pts were robbed. Sky Sports wouldn't even show the replay of that debauchery.

Fast forward to today, and Spurs played a piss poor 1st half and STILL managed to stay 1 up one the blues, if not for the fact you were saved by a ref's assistant who was miles away from the play, but granted a clear no goal.

But wait.... there's more..

If that's not enough for you, your boy Kalou was camped out offsides, and knew it when the goal stood. Enough so that he didn't bother celebrating.

I've never seen such fuckery when it comes to phantom calls, and ghost shit going the Blues way. If you beat us straight up, i'll keep my mouth shut and take my licks like a man, but it's never the case with Chelsea. ALWAYS SOME KINDA HELP ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

No worries though, we'll take care of you at Old Trafford, and that'll be the beginning of the end for the Stamford Bridge retirement home.

Not Chelsea's fault for the referee/linemen's ineptitude...ultimately everyone gets just as many "for" calls as "against" calls throughout the season...kind of a karma thing that balances itself out...but I'm definitely not looking to forfeit those 3 points.:D

And here comes the Blues.....looking forward to that next wk.

Must say I loved the clean tackles I was seeing from the Gunner, especially towards the end of the match.

Abidal and Iniesta back in the squad

2011-05-02_ENTRENO_27.JPG

Barça trained on the Nou Camp pitch on Monday evening ahead of their Champions League semi final second leg against Real Madrid and the great news for Guardiola was that Iniesta and Abidal trained normally and are in the squad for the game.

t’s been just 46 days since Eric Abidal had surgery to remove a tumour in his liver on March 17th, but the doctors have given him the all clear and he is in the squad for Tuesday’s game after training normally with the rest of the players this evening. Andrés Iniesta, who missed the first leg in Madrid and the weekend’s defeat in Anoeta, is also fit and has been called up for tomorrow.

Applause for Abidal

The first 15 minutes of the training session were open to the media and they were able to witness the squad form a big circle and give two big rounds of well deserved applause to Eric Abidal, who was given the medical all clear today and was immediately called into Guardiola’s 20-man squad for Tuesday’s game. Bojan also trained on the pitch, but apart from the rest of the group.

20 players called up

Iniesta is also back for the game after recovering from the calf strain that kept him out last week and at the weekend. In all, 16 first team squad players have been called up, along with B team players Oier, Bartra, Thiago and Sergi Roberto , who all trained with the first team this Monday. Barça’s normal reserve keeper Pinto, is suspended for the game.

Once the session was over, the players and back room staff went off to the Hotel W, where they will all stay the night, before returning to the Nou Camp for a final training session at noon on Tuesday.

When Alves gave Iniesta that ball in space, I jumped up and screamed, "if he finds Pedrito, that's a goal..."

The torso dipped, and...

Onto Schalke. We got this.

I won't post the whole article, but I thought this was kind of funny.

It was Santiago Bernabeu himself who personally chose Di Stefano as a player for the team which would rule Europe halfway through last century. "Every great team must have at least two Argentines and no English player" Bernabeu pronounced controversially. Now, history says his is the name of the stadium and Alfredo Di Stefano it's greatest living legend.
