I told somebody in Fl you could eat those Iguana's and he said they were poisonous. Mf you got plenty of meat right there! Eat them lil bastards!

Gut it, scale it and stuff it with some jerk seasoning, wrap it in some foil and cook on the oven and then finish it under the grill to crisp up the skin.

When I lived in Florida....I used to hate these things.
We used to call them mudfish. Didn't know anyone who would dare to eat them.
Can't put nothin past some people I see.
Man, snakeheads are good eating...don't know nothing about no mudfish up this way...

if you havent tasted it yet.....i recommend Texas Redfish...................(its best if its blackened). that is some good ass fish man.
