And like LBOP said a few pages ago we can't tell you how to trade or whether you should buy a particular coin.
There are surefire can't miss opportunities and I'm positive everyone will be in here talking about those, but besides them you have to do your own research and technical analysis if you want to altcoin trade.
Don't get too greedy and chase a coin that's already pumped 100+% in 24 hrs because you'll probably bag hold a bunch of shit. There will always be another op and your job is to find a coin at the bottom of a downtrend.

If you store any of your coins outside of an exchange and you encript your wallet, please make sure you wright down your password/passpharse. I had 92 Dash stored in the Dash Wallet QT and could not remember the password for the last three days. I created the passpharse last month, but I sort of changed my normal passwords I would use. Every hour that I was not working, I had my ass at my computer typing in everything and I tried to brute force the wallet.
After I figured I had nothing to lose, I even sent my wallet with pontential passwords to someone for help. If he figured out my passpharse and took the coins, it would have been no worse than them being locked up and he was only charging 20% of the wallet. I was more concerned with him trying to get into other accounts, so I changed all of them before sending my info. After all that, I sat down again and wrote down each guess and got lucky.
I think I may just leave my coins in a exchange and take the hit if something goes wrong there. I don't want to risk something going wrong with my computer (other device) or something going wrong with my mind again. Even if I take anything off the exchange, I may not lock the wallet.

figured it out...it was a syncing issue with the 2FA.be advised that if you update your phone or cross time zones, it may screw up your 2FA but its a easy fix from following the instructions on the website.

All the money is on ltc right now but if (when) it crashes.....xrp has had great news all week, but it's been overshadowed by these pumps and dumps (hell I doubled my position) so the other good news is xrp should (use caution) should hold the new price point

Ripple is the best "digital mattress" in crypto. If the market gets too volatile stash your profits in Ripple and wait out the storm.
If the Bitcoin hard fork happens watch for a run to stash profits under Ripple and to extent Etherueum.
Damn...XRP is shining right now. I suspect that around 900 is the new average. I'm hoping that every time it shoots up like this, Ripple puts more XRP on the market to bring it down. I'm considering a strategy of automatically buying XRP whenever it goes to 900 and selling when it goes a certain point over a penny. And repeating that for a while until it starts holding some of these highs. When is Bitcoin's Hard Fork supposed to happen?
Damn this Ripple is still going! This morning I sold 80K of ripple @ 1120 and now I see it at 1160.

Yeah i'm not touching most of my Ripple.80K ia about 25%. I'm going to keep flipping that 80K in and out of Ripple to get more Ripple long term.
